Ability to use it anywhere anytime, ease of use. Ability to communicate with staff members and trace all updates and changes

Its incompatibility with Apple devices. Makes it difficult to make changes on the move sometimes and it isn't always easy to use with touch screen

Simple, easy to use, the staff all find it great.

Cant think of any cons, it works well for us.
but if I was to find something its the yearly cost maybe.

Staff find it more straight forward to use, it has reminders on and no one misses there shifts. No one writes over and or can amend without permission and its cleaner and tidier

over complicated in areas such as booking holiday and leave entitlement. Almost too many tabs and variations without little understanding

Has completely simplified our employee time keeping and makes doing payroll at the end of the month incredibly simple

It is slightly on the pricey side for small business of around 6 -10 employees. We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees

Pay rates can be confusing leading to excessive exceptions being created

The repeatability of the sessional rotas is not always easy to apply.

Very convenient for myself and staff to schedule.

It is easy to manage, team found it quick to understand how to process holidays and read their shifts

At the beginning it was a bit hard for me to put all the data in but I just needed to play around more with the website and it is now all god.

more efficient the excel spreadsheets, plus has excel functionality. Shift reminders are very helpful and useful. Staff management and schedueling.

unable to add phone numbers or other details when adding staff members. Limited number of staff that can be added. Printing sizes cannot be adjusted which can affect scale for print out versions.

Initial set-up for administrators and subsequent roll-out to the whole Team was seamless. The navigation is user friendly. The features and functions menu allow for customized set-up. And, the mobile app is essential.

Nothing at this time in the desktop version. The mobile app could use a navigation facelift.

Online tutorials are good but you need to set the time aside to work through as they can be long winded.
Easy to set up locations, employees and the copy and paste facilities are excellent. What use to take at least two days to complete now takes half a day.
Like the ability to see multiple weeks alongside each other.
Client decides how long they want to use the system for rather than being tied into software agreements that do not work for the client.

Find it over complicated to set the client charge out rate so cannot use the reports as we would like.

No issues to be honest - the real time access and ability to cut and paste meets our requirements.

The fact that it is so user friendly and easy to access on the go and out of the office with the app!

It would be great if there was a feature that you could block off days so that employees cant book them off!

The fact that all staff and the management team are able to communicate through the platform hence saving us a lot of time.

Clocking in and out still pose an issue for us, but with the help of your department, i think we can resolve it.

ease of use and real-time clocking in, i used to find my shift as a test, but I carried on with it and never looked back to use the other product as my staff were already uploaded here, and I could not be bothered to start resetting them on other products and Findmyshift was giving me what I need

Other features are not easily explained. I would like to understand the reporting i.e being able to print the total hours of allocated shifts per month per employee

Fingmyshift is really easy to use and implement. Users are really happy with the functionality and ease of use. Easy to see department wise, shift wise schedules at any time you want.

For our purposes , I dont find any cons in the software. It solves our purpose and it has helped in making scheduling more efficient.

Would be helpful if there was a function that when making an amendment to someones shift it gives the option to map this change across the rota. Currently have to do it manually. also for staff to end holiday request it won't work form the app they have to use the desktop site

This software has allowed us to setup bespoke shifts for each of our boarding houses which is brilliant as we do have slightly different shift timings depending on the age of the students in house.

It does not allow you to setup a generic shift pattern. If you could do this for a year then you would just copy and paste and adjust to allow for the slight differences in timings.
When you are adding staff to a shift in a particular house it shows all staff in the organisation. If you have filtered to show only one house in "house view" you should only see staff who are allocated to that specific house.
When you print out a rota it is difficult to set the filter times so that you can see a whole year which for us would be very useful.
