Powerful tool with weak UI

Pros

It has predictive analytics features. Also it's very powerfull for cross-device analytics. Also it's easy to enrich data with other data sources.

Cons

It has weak UI and documentation is not very clear. Also webtrekk environment is not flexible as Google Analytics.
