Wave has been wonderful, I use it to manage my accounting, and also invoice. I imagine that in the future I would use it for payroll as well. All of this is done with no monthly charge, and a very fair charge for ACH payments on my invoices.

Overall, wave is not as feature rich as some premium software but it does the job well for basic accounting needs.

I am disappointed in that I was hoping for an accounting software AND a payment solution all in one. I am unfortunately now looking for a new payment solution. Support just provided scripted responses. They don't seem to care to escalate anything on your behalf. Receiving your money in a timely manner as a small business means everything!

Fantastic! I'm able to pull my profit and loss statement quickly and clearly. There are many options for running reports and seeing where your money is going.

Very good program and you can use with minimal Instruction.

Wave is a great inexpensive accounting tool which is cloud based so access to the software is easy. Great for Basic accounting but for more complex accounting the reporting falls a little flat.

Great platform. Email invoicing is super easy and saves time.

Overall I’m extremely satisfied. I don’t feel like I’m forced to pay for things that I really don’t need. The basics are free and the add-ons are reasonably priced

My accountant recommended Wave as an upgrade from using Excel to document my income/expenses and it has made my life so much easier, my accounting/bookkeeping takes half the time and my reports are ready in an instant. It has been easy to help me keep track of any expenses I may have missed throughout the year as well.

Its great UNTIL you need to speak to someone... Then they are among the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

My favorite invoicing app, hands down.The invoices that are generated are super professional and detailed, the reminders are very helpful, and it is a sharp looking app with an amazing interface, just hoping for the ability to use our swipe keyboard and predictive texts in the fields that it's most useful, such as item descriptions and such.. For the first few years that I used this app on my android, it was no problem, and we were able to use Swype keyboard, predictive text and speech to text in all fields, and in one of the recent updates, this feature was removed, making it a painstaking process to have to hammer out every single character one at a time, but myself and all the other business owners that use and love this app are holding out hope that this changes like very soon! Hopefully on one of these next updates somebody cares about our feedback!

Wave account was my only choice when I realized how simple it was to do everything from my phone or tablet. No need to log into laptop or computer

It has been really useful to us. I am very glad to use the waive accounting system.
I highly recommend wave accounting system to the owners of small businesses.

Horrid. Eventually you will have a question and need help. Even with the 16 dollar per month they were completely un helpful and dismissive. All you have is chat that they send you pre written script blurbs. While the chat people are PC your in a hell of where they can not do anything.
It was like calling 911 and instead of someone sending help they just sit there and say "Oh that sounds bad, I understand, Golly darn."

Automate AP, AR and GL.Real-time billing and invoicing.

Wave accounting is the worst. We are a niche recruiting firm. We receive large payments via ACH and Credit card. My first (and last) payment with Wave is the result of them holding my money for 7 business days, and on the 6th is retroactively asking me for information. After already approving my payments and invoicing, they get money and are now holding it. They want me to send them a copy of my contract with terms and conditions- again retroactively while holding my money. Over $20K is sitting there, for services I have already rendered, and I cannot collect it. Whats worse, I cannot call a supervisor- they must call me. I am researching a class action lawsuit so if anyone has had this same experience with Wave let me know. In the meanwhile, don't use Wave, and if you receive large ACH's Quickbooks can be paid for with 1 ACH fee- the charge a MAX of 1% or $10 (whichever is lower) Those fees add up.
