Zoho was easy to set up and the employees I used for the trial period found it so easy they did not even require training. The app is intuitive and very user friendly. For those who are still resistant to change, Zoho provides time saving solutions that are easy for anyone to use.

That I cannot create branches in the United States yet.

I like that I can add expenses through the zoho expense app in my phone for ease of tracking and taking photos of my receipts.

Depending on how zoho is set up by the administration but there can be errors that can delay reimbursement.

The system is simple and effective, in comparison to other tools deliver much more with much less costs and complications.

it has a bit too many features for my simpler needs, which can sometimes challenge usability // when i was in cambodia and all receipts had both USD and cambodian riel prices listed, zoho sometimes read it as Hong Kong Dollars?

It was a nice user experience on Zoho expenses. It is neat, quick, intuitive and the things within are well woven.

I have been implementing Zoho Expense for other businesses. It has solved recurring problems of document storage, expense capture and reimbursements.

The number of reports are minimal. The should have a report section like Zoho Books.

Zoho Expenses interface can work better, especially it has a lot of information in the dashboard when user log in. It will confuse users at the start.

Zoho easily integrates uploading and autoscanning receipts across multiple platforms.

Offline use is limited and that it's not completely free is a small disappointment.

I liked the fact that it was online and mobile, very easy to use, and actually fun! The reaction of my clients employees has been wonderful.
Since they travel internationally, they really like the foreign exchange calculations.

Occasionally i have someone who just isn't techy and Ihave to teach them, but I'd be doing that with any software.

It is easy to use. If you get caught up start a chat and they are super responsive to correct the issue.

The fact that I have to login separately from Books and pay separately from Books. I thought it would be linked together.

Our employees have complimented the ease of use and the ability to easily log their expenses from anywhere. The autoscan feature along with the ability to tag expenses to project and have it sync with our financial systems automatically has been time saving and eliminates human errors with manual entry.

I wish that we could have a payroll integration with Gusto that would allow reimbursable expenses to be logged automatically into payroll. We run multiple Expenses systems for our subsidaries but one payroll software and there is no good way to sync these without the manual process.

I like the way expense reporting has been simplified by the software thus saving on cost and time.

I would like to see the mobile ap improved to auto populate from the photo of the receipt. Much like a business card scanner.

User friendly and intuitive. We love to utilize the automation features for a "set it and forget it" type feature.

Adding a receipt column when retrieving the expense details report would be helpful.

It imports my expenses from my corporate forms of payments and automates the process.

There doesn't seem to be a receipt guarantee like competitors have for transactions that are imported from linked banking/credit card accounts. This would be helpful for when I forget a receipt or lose it.
