The best part of implementing Stampli was being able to go to a paperless environment so quickly.

Nothing really, everything has worked really well.

Very User Friendly and easy to navigate. Able to pull up information easily and quickly.

Sometimes there is quite a bit of information in one area.

Its fairly easy to find past invoices and pull the information needed.

I wish it was simpler to view invoices from the preview window and save/print them.

Stampli is a great way to keep invoicing organized, consistent, and timely. Due date reminders are a great help, and the search feature makes finding old document a breeze. Text recognition within document is also a huge help.

The My Past Invoices tab has a short history. I would like more options to open in a new tab. When I have 50 invoices awaiting approval, I would like to open the invoices in a new tab, rather than have to open a new tab manually and scroll back through my invoices to find the one I'm looking for. And although there is a function to filter favorited documents, it would also be helpful to be able to filter 'un-favorited' documents.

Having all invoices consolidated in one platform, rather than mixed with emails, greatly simplifies tracking and review. Additionally, the ability to view all outstanding invoices assigned to my team enhances oversight and streamlines management

It would be beneficial to have an option to pause notifications for specific invoices we are actively working on with the payee. Receiving a high volume of Stampli notifications can lead to notification fatigue, potentially causing important invoices to be overlooked

The ability to refer invoices easily to the proper responsible party

I really can’t say I have anything I like least about Stampli; most bugs are minor and are addressed in a timely manner

Stampli is very user friendly to clearly see pertinent information without having to search or dig. It makes it easy to approve/reject with ability to put notes to explain. It also has several relevant options in the drop downs and makes it easy to send to someone else or inform it is not your invoice. Invoices are not my favorite so this helps a lot!

Sometimes a bulk review option would be helpful. It is helpful in general to review each invoice individually but in some cases there are parts of a whole that could be approved in bulk.

I like that I receive emails that have a direct link to open and approve with ease.

It works pretty well for what I use it for so i do not have anything negative to say.

Integrated payment with US vendor, synch to my accounting software, spme machine learning.

It does not pay European supplier within the app unlike for US-

How easy it is to communicate within the application.
How responsive the customer service team is.
How straightforward the data is.

There are sometimes tax issues that arise due to the integration with NetSuite.

It works great and is relatively easy to use.

There's not published or proivded instructional videos. I have to train every person we hire how to use it. SAP Concur does a great job providing a ton of instructional videos, so I just send links and don't have to do 2-4 30 minute video calls a month when people are hired.

The thing I like most about Stampli is that it collaborates well with my accounting department's software and has a lot of features that makes processes go by fast.

The least thing I dislike about Stampli is that sometimes there are certain errors that pop up that I do not know what they are pointing out in specific invoices. It is very tedious to try and figure out what the error may be, but Stampli support is a perfect resource to use.

Simplified process for submitting and approving invoices

I haven't mastered the mobile app yet and it would make uploading receipts so much easier.

Stampli is a great addition for any accounting software if you are looking to streamline your AP process. I love how it electronically stores invoices and back up and you no longer have to worry about filing hard copies. I love how all invoices that are emailed to our AP inbox automatically gets uploaded into Stampli.

Unfortunately we have some manual invoices that are uploaded that Stampli cannot read so we still need to review and enter data. However we are working on ways around this...

I dislike the Stampli ios app - it often does not work.

Nothing, i love using Stampli. It is so much faster and easier than what i had to do before.

Have been using Stampli for about 2 years. I found it simple, easy to use and reliable.

We use many different GL accounts and often times using the correct one may be challenging. This is not a Stampli issue however and has more to do with how we choose to do business.

We used to process all invoices with paper and stamps that had boxes for each reviewer's initials. It was a mess. Papers all over the office, papers getting lost or coffee spilled on them, people out of the office on a job site and the invoice would sit for days before someone noticed.. Etc. This is a wonderful DIGITAL process that we can access from anywhere! Easy with nothing slipping through the cracks.

Sometimes I find it difficult to search for past invoices if I am not exactly sure what search terms to use. I think this is largely user error, but it is something that I struggle with.
