It is very easy to use, and very very funcional.

You only insert your domain, your own rules to filter the users, and "Walla!" its done and working.

At the same time, this software let you block long ip ranges for Google Adwords. Important if you discover that they are using bots.

To say something "bad", maybe the report each two months with the invalid click in Google Ads it is too late if you have a budget with 2000 euros, but this "law" it is defined by Google not by ClickCease.

Anyway, they send ythe report automatic, so it is perfect.

In my career of PPC I've seen a lot of account and talked to a lot of business owners. And one thing that's always haunting me is business owners who are scared to pay for clicks coming from competitors.
The moment you start talking about click prices, this is one of the top topics. After doing some research I stumbled on ClickCease, and I'm glad I did. This piece of software does exactly what it says. Of course Google's and Microsoft's filters are good. But by preventing people from clicking the visibility of the PPC accounts went up on the full border. ClickCease completed the used tools in our agency.

noteworthy: Besides the tool itself, the customer service is out of it's league. Other (bigger) companies could take an example to ClickCease's tech-savvy, fast and friendly customer service team.

Installation can be a hassle, if you're not the owner of the website. But this is with everything that comes with code. Overall the tool is very user friendly!

Good product, and delivers what its promised

the only reason I am writing this review is because of the agressive and boiler room like sales culture this organization has had - I have been a client for 2 years and the way their team tried to constantly upgrade you and really hammer home the upsells is pretty insane - it's really disappointing how they treat current clients and keep milking them for more

As part of our leading projects, we are building campaigns targeting Russian audiences in Russia and the former Soviet Union. As you know this geographic area is notoriously known for click frauds. Being a clicker is actually a profession there and there are sites where you can register and receive such clicks from service owners. I always recommend our clients to install software that prevents invalid clicks. This software saves at least 10-20 percent of your advertising budget.

Actualy Agency plan is too expensive for us

Best of all, their support team is very responsive and helpful. They even offer free webinars and training to optimize usage of ClickCease settings!

I occasionally have difficulty connecting a Google Ads ID to their portal, but usually refreshing and a quick chat with support clears it up

I would like to know how many ads get a click but never arrive at my website. Also invalid clicks are not addressed at all.

It's very eay to set up and use. It has saved my clients a lot of spam/fraud clicks, saving them quite a bit of money.

None - this is a waste of money - I would not recommend subscribing

The advertise that you will receive savings in 2 ways:
1. Through a refund claim based on their click reports and identified fraudulent clicks, Google will refund you on these clicks - the estimated amount they will refund is displayed as 'your savings' - but Google DOES NOT refund you for these clicks! - False advertising.
2. Blocked VPNs - this is difficult to quantify as they are 'future clicks' that would be blocked, but are definitely no where near the estimate above. I would guess that it is close to 1% or less of the advertised savings.

After We got hit several times with fraudulent clicks and lost lots of money (which only a small part of it was returned by Google) I do not agree to run any Google Ads campaign without monitoring the clicks.

You'll be surprised how diligent your competitor can be when it comes to YOUR account and taking it down.

I wish it had worked with FB Ads fraud clicks and likes too

Easy to use, live data feed. If you are in a market place where clicks can be £10+, it is v useful to identify fraud as soon as it happens.
Also, you can block IP ranges- tend to find fraudsters use the same network

The fact that automatically detects bots and false clicks, saving us money and also giving the chance to our real customers to see the ad.

It's a bit complicated when you try to look into statistics to customize even more the experience.

I like automation, you don't have to deal with it all the time, you adjust and then just follow the statistics from time to time

Pricing of PRO plan can be better - limits are easily reached and exceeded

Easy to install in Google Ads, the support is OUTSTANDING! You get help with everything you need and they explain you really the last thing in Clickcease. It has a good design and easy to understand parts in tabs. You see the fraud clicks in real time and can act yourself or set up easy rules to block these IP's automatically.

The automatic real time blocking of IP's in Google Ads seemed not to happen as fast as other software do this. Also the location tracking was more than often in places where we not even advertise. After some weeks of checking this we concidered that this is worse than everything else we knew from other softwares (sorry :/ ) - Also the Rules are not that highly customizable and the analyitics data you get is "okay" but nothing for doing a really good analysis if you really would need to (we didn't, we have G4 for this!). For us - it was too high price for what we got for it and we had to change to a competitor of clickcease :/

Beautiful and clean software that even has an optional dark mode! The automated Adwords claims are amazing and the ability to finely tune the blocking process and sensitivity is flawless.

The online report table is quite dynamic. You can check many variables to be shown or not.

The report shows a record of the fraudulent session. When reporting 2 or more fraud clicks you can't be sure which one is actually shown on that recording.Also, I don't like the style of many screen elements. I prefer plain items, as close to Excel table reports as possible. I end up downloading the CVS file to handle it on a cleaner view. I would prefer to skip this extra step.
