This software is so simple to implement and once implemented it has saved myself and other managers so much time. In particular having project based work our Onboarding process has become so streamlined now we can onboard high numbers of employees at the same time.
As a Performance Appraisal system we found ELMO easy to develop and roll out. Our company had not been keen on Performance Appraisals in the past but ELMO was so well embraced we had 100% update on the first appraisal round.
We also find the more you use the system the more proficient you become.
The support provided by ELMO during the project implementation phase has been extremely supportive. We are now using the Help Desk and our issues are usually resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

If an employee has not completed all their documentation we would like an automatic alert. At this stage we need to manually check on this.

very easy to use and understand . However I imagine it is developed in north America and I do question have connected the understand of us people here in New Zealand . I . E there prehaps should be some more flexibility with selecting working job roles and also market sectors to choose from or enter our specific application in job and market approach . I . E , we sell engineering steels to the general fabrication market also the heavy structural steel industry here in New Zealand.

This is the first time to be introduced to ELMO and hats off to our markets people for having the forethought to present this software app for the benifit of our employees.

it's learning module and performance module are very easy to set up and use. I have continuously received good feedback on those 2 modules.

Currently it hasn't got the remuneration module which we really need. if they can realise a good remuneration module soon it will be very helpful.

It's Practical and user friendly. Covers most of requirements

Navigation is a bit complicated and sometimes isn't clear

The easiness of the payroll and timesheet system makes it very easy for our employees to navigate and access their payrolls and timesheets for their work.

The training system can be a bit hard to navigate and get through modules to complete.

Very easy to use and straight forward product. I can see this will be an easy transition.

I don't think I have been using the softward long enough to give a true indication of what I liked least. TBA.

The leave monitoring and the update from the management. You will be updated and know what happen to the management. Specially for the offshore team

Ease of use for myself and the team; it integrates well with SSO and makes our lives easier.

Navigation can be improved as sometimes I feel that it needs too many clicks to go where I want to go inside the software / portal.

user interaction is clean and clear. I also likes the indication of public holiday.Also like the quick response in general..

it would be nice to have a brief description of the formula used to calculate the remaining leaves and etc.

It's straightforward and the support available makes up for any uncertainty or challenges I have experienced.

The contracts module, if not purchasing the recruitment module, is quite clunky and unclear. There is very limited access to training material on it; luckily my implementation consultant is brilliant.

ELMO has significantly reduced the administrative time of many processes. This includes areas such as setting up and maintaining employee databases, recruitment processes, and training and development assignments. The system is very user-friendly, with many of our management personnel commending the system on how easy it is to use compared to previous systems and processes.

There are a few small items that I would like to see rolled out to assist in the management of our employee database. The main item would be a function to place an employee on Parental Leave. Ideally this would remove them from the reporting lines in the org charts and have them in a 'floating position' so that they are still counted in our head count and FTE metrics, but don't affect the reporting lines whilst on leave.

It is easy to navigate the learning modules, assign and track completion

Bit difficult to search the learning modules. There should be a way to add the learning modules into categories and this would make it easy to search and allocate the modules.

Ease of use and ability to implement product is very high

You currently don't have the ability to have two managers

The only thing that was in line with the salesperson's demo was rewards and recognition.

The customer service is horrible, it is always on you to chase them.

Easy to use and navigate through. I work for an organisation that has implimented this system and once used a couple of times found it very easy to use. It allows you to see all documents for training done, vaccinations etc. Job opportunites.

I don't feel that there is a need for improvement based on what I use the site for.

The pleasant UI and the way the system has been implemented for staff is well thought out and easy to navigate.

Nothing springs to mind unless you include the "user to keyboard interface". You know, the one who always forgets his password.
Whilst it is very simple to reset, i'm running out of passwords.

In one quick look you can find what you need. Is very intuitive and easy to use.

I can't find anything I dislike or like least. I use all the features.
Something a little bit confusing sometimes is the days when you request leave but just for a few hours instead of the entire day. Not a big deal though.

The Course Builder is a great tool with lots of customisation and its easy to use

one issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for. There are heaps of comments about this in the help centre but we haven't seen any improvements yet

the worst thing about the prduct is the amount of time it took my company to take advantage of ELMO
