I am responsible for lead generation at Belkins. My goal is to provide our sales team the hottest and qualified leads.
When we launched Belkins website and started paid ads we need to convert the new traffic into leads. We used Intercom before. When I tried to test my ideas on how to capture the leads - I realized that I need to wait for my dev team for advanced setting.
Here Dashly came in. It has the tool to map the events for triggered messages. So no code skills required.
Dashly helped to convert the new visitors from paid ads into leads. It Tracks the behavior of every visitor and sends triggered pop-ups to the “hottest” people that are ready to leave email and try Belkins services.

Pros

It fully covered all the jobs that Intercom did for us. And it is more affordable.
It seems that their support team 24/7 here - they are ready to help and assist you in making your ideas live.

Cons

We have a one-page application website. It took some time to set up tracking on it. I suppose it is more about our complex way to improve our SEO. One page apps are not widespread and again Dashly team helped us to cover this issue.

I have connected with Dashly support via the chat widget from within the account and they have always responded within 24 hours. I also felt that they genuinely care about ensuring my account is properly set up and I have a good experience with the software.

Pros

The most important Dashly feature for me is the ability to use my own brand. The emails come from my own domain, there is no Dashly branding.The best Dashly feature in my opinion is the ability to view all messages in one location and know all the necessary details about each lead. You can then follow up with each lead via email and they can see a history of their interaction/messages when they visit the website again.Having a great-looking website is not enough, you'll need something like Dashly to perform that necessary little push to get website visitors to engage.Dashly is very easy to use. They have an easy to understand articles and videos explaining how to use the features. I have used some other apps similar to Dashly in the past and felt that a technical background was needed to fully make use of each feature being offered, but Dashly is so user-friendly.

Cons

I wish there was an ability to use multiple email domains. The chatbots can be used on multiple websites but I think we are only allowed to use one email domain when sending a copy of the conversation to a lead.

We're happy and satisfied with the Dashly earlier but soon after they stopped providing the very essential features like Leadbot and charging extra for those features calling them as Add-ons. We feel disappointed. Secondly, there so many bugs and glitches as even there's no HTML email/message editor.

Pros

It's super simple and easy to deploy. We love the tracking and trigger based pop-ups. Their support is also good.

Cons

We're very much disappointed by their always changing pricing plans and not even included the very basic feature like LeadBot in their standard plans and rather always charging extra for the very basic features like Leadbot or Twitter and Whatsapp integrations which is provided by other similar tools/companies for free.

Really great customer service which I guess you would expect from a company that specializes in that. Lots of information to help guide you but not overwhelming either.

Pros

It was extremely easy to set up. It was a long day and I wasn't sure if I wanted to implement it into my site yet. I found the guides they have super helpful and the process was painless. I also love the pricing as I've been paying for basic features on Intercom for years now. I truly wish I had found them earlier!

Cons

So far I'm happy with them. They've thought of a lot of nice UX parts of their product that I like. If I had to complain, it's mainly that I wish they were around sooner than I found them.

Overall, Dashly is a must-have for businesses looking to improve their customer communication and support processes. Their knowledge base and support from their team is top notch.

Pros

Dashly is an outstanding communication platform that streamlines communication between businesses and their customers. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage customer inquiries and support requests.

Cons

The only downside to having so many features is that you have to learn how to best use their features. I am constantly finding a new feature that would be so helpful (great problem to have) but it takes time to get a feel for what you should be using to maximize your use!

Pros

We use Dashly to create new leads. Triggered chat messages and marketing popups are shown based on visitor behavior on our website. Additionally, we offer customers support with our support chat bot and knowledge base articles when our team is offline.

Cons

We would like to get more insight in what visitors are doing on our website. This will help us to target potential leads better.

Amazing all-in-one solution for lead nurturing and customer support!

Pros

I love how easy is was to get up and running. Just install the code on my site and BOOM, I was able to start accepting new chats. Also I love how sales and support team can collaborate. The Dashly support team was also super responsive and helpful!

Cons

There are a few minor bugs that caused me to reach out to their support team, but they were able to resolve them quickly.

Top-notch conversational marketing platform

Pros

Dashly is a so-called "conversational marketing platform" that comes with chatbots to provide top-notch support (it's almost impossible for us as a small business to provide 24/7 support. This is how we get some rest!), pop-ups to grow your email list, a knowledge base, email marketing automation and more. Getting set up was fairly straightforward, thanks to the starter guide and a playbook with leadbot templates, triggered message templates and video tutorials, as well as a knowledge base. Unlike some of its competitors, Dashly stands out for its simple and clean interface.

Cons

The knowledgebase design definitely needs some more love. Also I'm not a huge fan of the thin line icons in the backend.

Overall, I am very enthusiastic about Dashly and I think I will manage to make good use of them for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Offers a pretty powerful suite of tools - combination of livechat, CRM with website even tracking (tracking clicks and pageviews) and subsequent marketing automation with the data that you capture. Great stuff, really. The company is new and there's a lot that can be optimized and built upon, but it appears they are moving in right direction. Managed to buy it as a Lifetime deal from Appsumo.

Cons

Their marketing communication is not as precise, direct and on-point as it can be. Support via online chat is pretty slow (20 to 30+ mins per reply), though you do get your replies via e-mail also, which still allows for a decent conversation (far better than once per day e-mail conversation).

Setup and operational on site within 10 minutes - one of the easiest platforms I've ever integrated so many options to set up faq bots and welcome bots and triggered messages. Simple backend and v attractive looking UX on the front end

Pros

I am a small business owner and I am always looking for solutions which will make my life easier. I recently discovered Dashly and I am simply amazed by the variety of options that they offer. Dashly is an amazing tool that not only saves my time, but also allows me to increase sales in my online shops. The fast and efficient communication with my customers means that I can help them choose the best product or directly inform them of an additional promotion via chat. What's more, it also allows me to reach out via email to customers who have left the site without making a purchase. All in all, I now feel that I have more control over the transactions made in my shop and, above all, I can quickly help customers find what they need. I definitely recommend it!

Cons

Tariffs are quite complicated and it took me some time to understand how lifetime plans add up to monthly subscriptions, and which of the plans they offer will suit my needs

I increased my leads and managed to get more people to open conversations with my business, especially the sales and support staff. People spent more time on my site and I had different ways to bring them back as well. Overall this is a very smart tool that will give you a lot of possibilities to grow your business, without annoying your visitors and customers.

Pros

I found this a very fun tool to use on my sites. The setup time is minimal and the different tools work great out of the box. The combination of live chat, popups and chat bot make this a very versatile tool that can be used for different purposes. I mainly use them for lead generation and showing the right messages to the right visitors at the right time. Dashly has a modern interface, allows you to customize the different tools and is very easy to set up.

Cons

I would like the email functionality to be more generous in all the plans. Other than that, I think this is a very good platform with multiple tools to get leads, increase conversations and boost your conversions.

I've been using the tool for a couple of months now and I'm pretty happy with the results. The tool is quite simple to use, you don't have to be an experienced person to create your own unique chatbot. The best thing is that you can create a chatbot for each page. I've created 4 chatbots for my website so far.

We looked for an alternative, and we discovered Dashly, which could possibly aid us.2 .Affordable prices compare to Intercom.3 Dashly's services making my site more accessible to customers across the country has enhanced my experience. The bots are excellent, helping to create pop-up messages that truly help me capture new visitor's' attention.

All experience good from the very beginning.

Pros

Feature rich focus on Ecommerce, integrations for that area work great. (Woocommerce, etc)
Central Data at hand with customer (Lead cards)
Powerful API for integrations

Cons

Qualification of leads via chat do not allow name capture, probably this is the only cons that I have found.
You must have authentication in place to prevent multiple site visitors count.

Simple to use but with many features and ability to manage external systems with bees.I can now respond to all clients through one platform providing better service.Chatbots can be programmed visually even by those without technical skills.

Cons

Not all modules are included in the subscription, and integration with Google Maps is still missing, which I hope they will integrate soon.Many things that are not implemented can still be done via zapier or api

Pros

Dashly is a solid product if you need a need a live chat tool for your website. Theres lots to love but a few things that stand out for me are:
- Dashly is really easy to use.
- They have a great customer support team that is very active in online groups.
- Very fair pricing. Live chats can get expensive fast and Dashly offers a lot for the price.

Its great that they allow you to build a knowledge base as well.

Cons

I really wish they would build offer more functionality around the email campaign portion of their product. Following up with potential customers is key and this seems like a missed opportunity.

Having a chat bot that can filter and automate elements of communications through a website is very important. We feel intercom is a little bit too expensive for us so finding a product that is at a better price and still has a lot of the feature we need is a great solution for us.

Pros

The price point for Dashly is a great selling point but with all the new features coming out to improve the Dashly offering it is really does make this product an intercom competitor. The standard bot conversations are pretty much what you expect but things like the telegram/whatsapp bots being part of the offering is a wonderful addition.

Cons

Communication has sadly been one of the poorer elements of Dashly. I am still waiting to hear back from someone regarding some questions I have and can only guess that they are incredibly busy at the moment and hoping the communication improves.

Dashly's focus on leads helped our potential clients reach out to us with ease and Dashly's function allowed us to follow up on all of our leads. The support team is amazing. It's difficult to find such great support nowadays. The team is active and they continue to update the platform.

Pros

I tested a lot of different tools but went with Dashly. I see a lot of potential but the product is already great as it is. The livechat is great and Dashly's puts a strong focus on leads. There are various templates provided to ease the setup process.

Cons

The UI/UX is not bad but I am a sucker for "pretty" UI/UX so I am hoping for an update/overhaul eventually. I would also like to see more features and functions for the email campaigns.

Overall we're happy and it's good tool to communicate with our website users on the go. The Dashly Android app is quite feature rich Vs Zendesk or Freshchat. But still the Dashly team has to work lot to iron out many drawbacks.

Pros

Dashly is one of the simplest and easy to deploy and use tools. Just install the plugin and you're done. The support provided by the Dashly team is also good. It has all the essential features but still lots to work.

Cons

It slows down your website a lot. It doesn't have many must have feature like Twitter, Text(SMS) and Whatsapp integrations. You can block or report abuse any chat. And, still the HTML email view isn't there.
