> **Pros**: Before switching to Yardi, I used Excel and QuickBooks to manage all properties and payments. Yardi Breeze has streamlined property management; I easily keep track of tenants and leases, maintenance requests, expenses, and vendors. And the best part is that I can do it all from anywhere\! Whether I'm in the office or the field, everything is in one place.

> **Cons**: Yardi is continuously updating to provide the best features to its users.  If there is ever something I think could improve, there is a feature to give feedback, and Yardi's engineers take every suggestion into account to continue to deliver the best for the users.

> **Pros**: Breeze is simple to use. The rest of what I write is to meet the minimum 100-character requirement for this field.

> **Cons**: The reports are not great. The Bill Pay report lacks payee names. You have to drill down twice to see payees, but there is no way to get them on a report. This, like many other report issues, is a GAAP exception. Breeze support is hit or miss. Sometimes great, but sometimes not follow up. My feeling is that the development team is arrogant and does not hearing suggestions on how to better the platform.

> Breeze feels like was developed or programmed by someone lacking accounting or business experience.  Genesis 2 was far superior in many ways, so I was let down when making the switch.

> **Pros**: How much easier it is to get things done.  Even though it is geared more for residential, the commercial program has improved.  The response time for help is great as long as you remember they are PST.

> **Cons**: They still have some programs that still have not yet been fixed.  the fact the if you are in Est or CST you have to wait for PST for anyone to respond.  I wish they had more options for help in the other standard times. Wish they had more options for creating different kind of reports. Especially by day and not month.  Or having option to do more detailed reports.

> Overall, it is a great product.  There are some features not available in Breeze that were available in Yardi Genesis for the commercial side of the business we wish would be added to Breeze.

> **Cons**: The onboarding team and the process was not great.  A lot of things have been learn as we go.  Figuring out some intricacies to make sure the finances balance.

> Overall very happy with the product but still learning/and understanding a few years into using.  The online videos are super boring, so the conference was much better, to be in an interactive environment.
