Venners uses the Go Audits platform to conduct audits for a range of clients in the hospitality, franchise, and retail sectors.

The platform offers us a versatile tool allowing us to tailor each audit to our client’s company requirements. The powerful action management tools are particularly useful, and we have achieved over 92.0% engagement with site managers registering actions and closing assigned tasks.

We have been particularly impressed with the customer support team who have always reacted quickly, to answer queries or to help build bespoke report templates. Thank you, keep up the good work.

There are no significant issues with the platform. Any day to day problems are very quickly resolved by the support team.

it is a great application and accurate application for auditing.

It is very difficult to re-arrange the list as you need to re-create the list which will take you more time. for example:
1. Floor 24
2. Floor 22
3. Floor 23
It would be great if I could drag 3. Floor 23 to replace with 2. Floor 22. cause sometime the content of each floor are different. so we just can't rename the floor.

Management can easily delete/ update any questions.

The product often logs you out when trying to upload photos, this happens on a daily basis.Limits you to only uploading 4 photos when showing damage ect, so limits what you can show on reports.If you press 'no' for option it lowers the percentage of the report or in some cases wont let you complete until marked'yes'.

I have used GoAudit for some time now. Its Easy to understand and easy to use

Will be good if you can use AI to help write summary of audits after completing each audit, rather than having to to do it manually.

GoAudits works for most of our company and client needs. The customer service is always top notch. The overall program is easy to set up and use.

Building an audit from scratch is difficult for a new user, fortunately, GoAudits and their team can take your concept, even from a scratch of paper, and build an audit system to suit your needs.

This is a great tool and can be used very easily on my phone and on my I pad. I can even transition from an existing audit from one tool to the next. The ease of editing the audits is great. The new update made the interface very simple.

Would like to be able to add more photo's in the audits.

I love the support that we receive from the Goaudit

Speeding up the audit process. The working environment of the application and the system is clear for me as a user.

It is not possible to send all found non-conformities in one message after creating an audit.

We have only scratched the surface with this product, and it have made processes more efficient and streamlined. Support is excellent and very customer focused. They help provide solutions versus no it can't be done. 100% recommended for businesses looking to be more efficient and utilize technology.

No cons that would make me stop using this product.

The GOA support are amazing. They are always available to helps us to increase our ideas to increase our training with our team. It is much appreciated to be able to audit with our mobile phone, it make it easy for all our employees.

We think it would be great to have our neutral grids easily available in Excel/PDF format. For the time being, we are obliged to carry out a mock audit without scoring in order to have a neutral grid to send to our teams.

Affordability, ease of template generation and execution

The difficult reporting mechanisms. Not very user friendly and does not provide exactly what is needed

Its ease your way of doing audit . training the team is easy.

Nothing. you can find everything. it works even without Wi-Fi or mobile data during audit. while synchronization time only it needs network. no loss of Datas

Amazing/ Simple/Well-Structured/Multiple Options.

I have one concern with linking it up with an email.

It meets our needs as an organisation and support staff are very supportive and our Case manager [sensitive content hidden] is engaging, easy to approach and helpful

I feel like the price packages can be reviewed and adapted to meet both newly starting providers and those already established

The picture upload makes it easy for users to identify the area of concern without writing any text.

Changes of text within individual item are not readily picked up by the system so users need "importing" all the time. At times, the revised text affects the "marking" of the specific item e.g. a "n/a" becomes a "no response", resulting in "fail" for the audit.

The App is very user friendly and easy to follow an inspection. The checklists are well structured and all the data collected is accessible trough the platform and can be easily exported in excel.

Currently I cannot think of any cons for the platform.

Go Audits just made the conduction of Audits easier and faster .
Using the App, we could upload many check lists for differents departements and have more control of the management and better quality of service .

for the moment everything is fine . maybe after few months i will detect something

There were some small glitches, but the support team provides immediate assistance.

There are no major issues to complain, we always get assistance from support if something is needed.
