I've been using Trackabi for time tracking and managing leaves, and I've found it really handy, especially with its features for both manual and automatic time entries. It's great for freelancers like me and small teams because it makes it super easy to keep track of hours and project progress. The interface is user-friendly, and it even lets you export reports, which is a big plus for billing clients. But overall, for its price, it's a solid choice that I'd recommend to others looking to streamline their time management without breaking the bank.

I've been using Trackabi to manage my team and it's GREAT!
I switched from using the Onlinejobs.ph time tracker to Trackabi for more clarity & features and i have not been disappointed.
I love the ability to input sick leave, vacation, etc into the tool and for it to keep track.
I love that it auto calculates the time they are working.
I love the ability to fine tune the tool to stop tracking if there is a lack of movement for X amount of time.
I love the that I can get screenshots of my teams monitors and see what they're working on at any given moment.
I love that it shows me which applications they are spending the majority of time on.
Pros

Trackabi covers the basics but also offers users so much more. Overall it's easy to use, great for those that aren't familiar with timing software and is an overall winner. This being said, I would love a mobile app that works on all devices, so I can use the timer on my tablet. I would also like the efficacy of the timer to be worked on, so it caters to time spent reading (perhaps in a different setting). Compared to other time trackers, this one is one of the best I've used but there is still room for improvement.
Pros
Trackabi is very user-friendly, especially if you are new to time-tracking software. It's easy to onboard employees and the timer is quite efficient. There is also a desktop app that makes tracking your time effortless. Although we aren't using all the features, it comes with many which I can assume are highly beneficial for an organization.
Cons
Trackabi does not take into account reading time. Many of my tasks require reading and in some instances it does not log my time effectively and the timer assumes I am inactive. This area is one that really needs improvement and it's extremely frustrating. The second con is the mobile app is buggy, I have tried it on 3 devices including a tablet and it refuses to work. This makes working while traveling a challenge.

Taking screenshots in every five munities and helping us to operate everyone's activity.
Cons
It plays a bad role in tracking, like when I'm trying to talk with someone about work, but it stops in a few seconds. It's irritating enough.
Response from Trackabi
If you need to allow longer idle time without the timer pausing, you should increase the timer tolerance setting. It may be not available for regular employees but can be changed by a manager. It's not a bug, it's just how it was set up.

As I had just hired a VA overseas I was looking for a simple tool
to track time as well as productivity. Having had a poor experience with a remote staff
before it was very important for me to be able to track actual productivity.
A friend recommended I take a look at Trackabi.
Reading that Trackabi can satisfy both of my requirements I decided to give it a try.
I found that getting up to speed with Trackabi was quite simple and therefore did not take a lot of time up with a steep learning curve.
It’s quite customizable and most importantly it measures a number of factors around productivity including screenshots and keyboard activity as well as being able to create a custom list of productive and unproductive applications.
Being able to track by projects and clients with custom billable time per project or client
as well as marking certain tasks as unbillable seems to be the cherry on top for my use case.
I’m very happy with Trackabi and the couple of times I needed to reach out to support for some help they have responded in a helpful and timely manner.
I definitely am happy to recommend Trackabi.

We can see how much time is spent on each task and so we can optimize our workflows. And also accurate billing to my clients for the time spent. And also a simple interface that makes it easy to log and monitor time and activities.

There are some bugs which causes interruptions when I'm working.
