The web application is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. There is also a desktop cross-platform version of the system.A functionality to plan vacations, sick-leaves etc. with request-approval feature makes it possible create company leave schedules. Private and team visual dashboards allow users to see personal and team workflows and take actions if necessary. The killer feature of the solution is a desktop app that tracks all the running apps, browsers tabs, parces opened websites. This tracker is paused when there is no activity on the screen or the screen is locked.

There is no integration with trello dashboards.

It helps to record the working hours, easy to manage leaves as we can record our leaves in Trackabi.we can submit the specific hours we worked for particular project.It is good for freelancers.

We get issue when some adjustments is needed as we can do after certian days only.

Trackabi supports auto-tracking the time based on the cursor movements. It also helps track work and leisure time separately. Also, it was easy to set up on the systems.

The user apps crashes a lot of time and results into accurate time tracking.

It's really simple to use and provides solutions for time tracking on multiple platforms. It always accessible and you know in real-time where projects and billing stand.

I don't dislike anything about Trackabi, however there are things I would love to see. Dark mode in the web client portal is one of them. I would also like to see more time tracking process flow features. For example, it would be nice to have status fields and the option to apply status to multiple entries on a single screen. We export time for billing purposes and it would be nice to have a way to make it clearer which time is WIP vs already billed.

Trackabi is smooth and easy for my daily time tracking within the project and helps to keep my project in track with its easy management.

Few times I've faced the application crashes and rest is all good so far. It has a great experience.

Trackabi needs to be learned more for beginners in order to use it

Trackabi is a very good platform for time tracking and leave management. The results that I am getting through Trackabi are very accurate. The thing that impressed me more was the advanced features provided in the free plan.

I have faced a few issues when accessing some features in the Trackabi mobile version and taking so much time to fetch the reports. Other than that every feature is so cool and awesome.

My favorite thing about Trackabi is how its intuitive UI simplifies project management, allowing me to easily keep track of time and progress.

Trackabi's pricing structure is relatively higher than that of similar project management software. Yet, I also think it is worthy.

Trackabi determines how much time I spend on work Apps as it helps me to assess my overall productivity It is effective to manage as it captures and tracks every activity.

I have been using Trackabi for few weeks, I haven't yet found any drawbacks.

Trackabi is a Good time tracking software with available essential features, Here are some pros- Competitive cost- Multiple features- Easy to setup and get started

1) Support could be improved2) Crashes frequently 3) Shows Inaccurate data especially if someone works past 12 AM (continually let's say from 11 PM to 1 AM)

Most time tracking tools are not efficient with employee monitoring and even if so, they are crazy expensive. This is a lifesaver

Wish it has direct integration with PM tools we are using, but not a blocker though

It is very good to use for time tracking and reporting. It's easy to use and the free version is enough.

I haven't encountered any downsides yet.

Interesting features like billing are expensive

The Trackabi expense and the project management capabilities are effective and quite easy to track time and create clean data analytics.Trackabi also helps on effective websites activity tracking and the ability to monitor projects operations and reporting the platform is excellent.

Trackabi was easy on first learning and the features are very responsive with zero problem to underline and the performance is good.

It automatically starts the timer, pauses it, and stops it based on the movement of cursor. That's really helpful!Trackabi also lets me find out the actual time an employee spends on working and leisure apps which can be helpful for evaluating the overall productivity of employee being an HR. THe UI is also good and easy to understand with a shallow learning curve.

Quite often the time auto-stops without any particular cause or displays an error.

Trackabi has helped me track my working hours and my team on different projects helping us plan accordingly. It also tracks leisure time and helps me balance work-life.

I've experienced a few issues like crash time and software glitches.

It is an excellent application and has many customization options. It's good for tracking your team's work remotely.

Things I wish they had and don't have right now:1) Google Chrome extension, where you can see in real time if the people in your work team are online or offline (in real time). And the time they have worked. This is what screenshot monitor has. And it would be great if they have it inside trackabi.

Trackabi is a great time tracking software with huge functionality for a democratic price, it's not inferior to similar services. Trackabi helps us in managing company resources, workflow organization, time planning. I can't even imagine how we used to do without such a useful function as vacation planning.

We lack integration with Redmine and 1C.

As a veteran of Hubstaff, Toggl, Timedoctor among others, Trackabi provides many of the more valuable, meaningful features provided by its peers, without upcharging.

What we like with Trackabi:

- Screen captures

- Automatic inactivity detection

- Dashboards & Reports

- Timesheets & Invoicing

- Staff Management

- Gamification appears nice, although we haven't used it yet

For whatever reason, we had adoption issues with Hubstaff, the tool which Trackabi replaces. We feel that Trackabi's UX is adequate even though it could use more polish, but we felt it's superior to Hubstaff's UX.

A couple of colleagues to whom I've recommended Trackabi to have also become quick fans of it.
