Pros

It’s very simple to use and has all the necessary features for sales and lead generation. The customer support service is on high level. They react fast fast and help with all the questions. Also a nice bonus that Ukrainians receive 6 months free lisence.

Cons

I haven’t been using it that long so I can’t figure out many. The only one is while searching for emails (e.g find email via SNVIO) around 35% are not found.

Usage of features are plenty and reasonably comprehensive.

Cons

Very technical and not user friendly and also missing easy of execution. A huge learning curve and heavy energy draining peogram.

Very small limits for invites on a standard license - 200 per week - this is not enough.

Pros

Setting up and using Linked Helper 2 with Sales Nav is extremely effective.

Cons

I don't really have any negative things to say about LH2 except that I can't resize the windows on my desktop but it is not a big deal for every day use at all.

I am a fan of Linkedin Helper but what I feel is lacking are instructional webinars on how to use the tool. I believe this would greatly benefit many users who are struggling with utilizing the tool effectively.

Pros

I am impressed with Linkedin Helper for its continual creation of new solutions, outstanding customer support, and comprehensive user manual. It offers a multitude of features making it a definite value for money.

Cons

While Linkedin Helper boasts a wide range of features, the interface can be improved to be more user-friendly. One feature that would be highly beneficial is the ability to filter by location within the tool as the current process of extracting profiles, downloading the list, and uploading again is time-consuming.

Pros

I am delighted by how supportive and responsive the customer support team are. LH has abundant features, it is a very capable tool, and every time I need to know how to make the most of what it offers, the team replies within minutes and offers a very exhaustive and clear step-by-step instruction with screenshots. I feel like by buying LH (at a very affordable pricing) I also have received a whole team of consultants at my disposal for free any time I need them - just can't imagine how much I would have paid for a similar level of support to Salesforce partners=)

Cons

Like with any tools with many features, it takes some time to find your way around. But again, it's customer support team offers unrivalled level support and answers to any of your questions within minutes. I ddon't know how they can afford such a level of service with such a competitive pricing

Pros

I like the customization of the tool very much. I really like that I can add activities like endorsement skills, interacting with posts, sending invites and messages. The tool works great and I really like that 80% of my work is automated. Everything that I used to spend 8 hours of working time on is now super automated and I really like that I can do more intellectual work. For example, development of business strategies, deeper market analysis, etc. The conversion rate is great, the answers are coming. I highly recommend this tool to anyone involved in LinkedIn mail out activities.

Cons

I would like to have the possibility of interaction between two accounts. For example, share each other's campaigns or contact lists. The rest is great! Really appreciate that there is such a tool as Linkedin Helper!

I like it because it's the safest tool, in my opinion. And also it can collect everything what I need + import/export any data.

Cons

Some features are not so obvious, but LH support is the best. They work 24/7.Maybe I'd need some kind of omni-channel features. But it's ok for now.

Customer service is excellent. Always very helpful. It’s important, as they have really assisted with a few little niggles I had at the start. The product is also very good and makes my life easier. I like that I can manage multiple accounts from one UI.

Cons

It could be smoother switching / assigning licences. The organisation part confused me a fair bit. Having an organisation to assign accounts. But I have the main page with multiple accounts. Just confuses me a little. I have it right now and it works for what I need it for.

It's like having another employee for so much less price to pay. I love how easy it is to set up a campaign, import the list of leads and automate most of my Linkedin activities.

The fact that it's a bit heavy app and it can be hard to run it with other heavy apps e.g. Zoom so sometimes I have to close down other apps to not overload my computer
