Lead capture via diffrent sources of portals, Integration is very good in kylas, Pipelines to categories leads, Workflow is very effective for lead distributions, Automated emails & SMS to executives for notifications so that they respond on time, Notes making are very user friendly. all of them at such price is amazing , and best part is they have very prompt customer support & Regular upgrade. the CRM Which i purchased 1.5 years back , and what it is now is completely different, they have added lot of features which was not part of crm initially

This software does not allow direct emails from the crm , Few more things colour marks, lead ratings are yet to come

As a startup in healthtech sector, we struggled with lead management and nurturing customers. This app helped us be more organised and keep track of the sales activities. I had used salesmate before this and once I shifted, I never looked back. There are more number of integrations and thoroughly thought out features . Thanks for making our sales easier.
Pros
Highly cooperative people and very hardworking. The customer interaction and after sales support is phenomenal. They have a good record of sending weekly major updates and improving on all the issues. I loved how seamless it works on both desktop and mobile.
Cons
There are still some knicks to be solved and features to be implemented. But knowing that it has been only 2 years and still at par with other CRMs, it's commendable.

As of now there are no cons, we are still implementing new things and API's and few more integrations are yet to be happen.

The overall experience has been very smooth, learning new features everyday with the support which in our case is Sreetama, who is constantly available for any queries and questions and ensure to solve the issues with a could of hours max.
Pros
The customer support is always there to help us out no matter how minuscule the problem may be. Their constant assistance helps us work with ease. Most of the service providers do not have this kind of support and assistance for the customer, which is the reason I feel Kylas would be distinctive.
Cons
1. For our Organisation, we would like to be able to customise the labels such as label "Deals" must be able to change it to any label of our choosing.2. The products and service must have a provision to have categories and sub categories.

Pros
Kylas CRM is one platform where we can set our all leads from various online lead generation sources. Kylas is very cost efficient CRM as compare to other available CRM's in the Market.
Cons
Kylas is not come with role hierarchy, which is very important part for data management in the company, Layouts are not available in all modules, customization is not allowed that much as compare to other crm's.
