Great Interface

Pros
Upzelo revolutionized the way we handled customer success. We had the whole system setup in a matter of minutes, and saw our first "upzelo" saved customer within a few days. The user interface was a dream to use when getting everything configured, and the reporting always made the information you wanted readily available as soon as you login.
Cons
Some of our retention flows can be a little more complex, which required a little extra work to get right.

A must if you care about customer churn and retention
Reviewed on 22/02/2022
So far we are yet to come across any downsides to using Upzelo. Its greatly helped use to reduce our churn and grow our business.
Pros
A really great customer success software that has helped us to grow our clients business. We weren’t looking for a tool like this but were curious when we read their description here on Capterra. We requested a demo and from that we could easily see where in our software stack this would sit. Since we set up Upzelo we have seen a marked improvement in our clients churn rate and a growth in their net revenue.
Cons
The installation process was easy to set up and activate. The audiences were straightforward to build and the suggested customer exit surveys were really helpful. Their customer support team were always on hand to help us along the set up process from trial though to being fully upgraded with Upzelo. Upzelo has allows us to focus more on attention and understand our customers more. It’s a core part of our team, helping us to influence both marketing and product development thanks to the specific feedback it can generate from each and every one of our customers. Overall it really does reduce your churn.
