A positive that's come out of the pandemic

Pros
First and foremost, we are a community newspaper publishing company. During the coronavirus pandemic we were forced to cease printing our newspaper for the first time in 16 years. Paperturn allowed us to stay in front of our readers and offer our advertisers an affordable option with a digital publication that looked and worked like our traditional print product. Yet, it offered a dynamic element that our subscribers and advertisers really enjoy. We are now printing again but our digital Paperturn product remains a staple and revenue stream. It integrates well to our online platform and we embed it right onto our website.
Cons
I love sharing stories via Paperturn through social media, but we can only afford 3 flipbooks right now. So after 3 weeks worth of publications the links no longer work.

Pros
I really like the basic idea of being able to send a flip book to my customers. And they easy to modify as well. But I need to do advanced things at this point and am not sure if Paperturn is the right option. I am starting to look at other products - but before I do, I want to learn what additional features exist that I can use (like embedding a link to a youtube video).
Cons

We publish a bi-annual newsletter that needs maximum exposure for both our supporters and constituents. Paperturn provides that with easy-to-use, shareable features. When paired with our fundraising campaign, we are seeing a 10% growth rate with each issue!
Pros
For a one-stop shop communications and marketing department, Paperturn provides easy to use features, customization, links, social sharing -- along with the ability to embed flipbooks in our email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
Cons
We have been so pleased with this product, I honestly don't have suggestions for improvement.

I love using Paperturn to help my retailers purchase easily just clicking on images to add to their shopping carts. They don't have to use PO forms and product codes and can see faster what they need to buy form us.

Using Paperturn as our digital catalogue solution has been a dream. I've used the online support which has always been excellent and I've been so impressed with the regularity of updates and improvements which continually add to the product's excellent value for money.
Pros
It is so so easy to use and transformed our pdf catalogues at the touch of a button to make them so much more useful and interactive for our customers.
Cons
Nothing - it's all great. I can't think of a single thing to complain about!

Pros
The software is easy to set up and use. We like the professional-looking style that the software provides to our brochures. We find very useful the statistics feature. Another positive sign about Paperturn is that many of our customers normally asked about the platform we use for our brochures. We will definitely continue using Paperturn.
Cons
We find difficult to set up the CNAME. It is frustrating even though we have some decent knowledge of the technical side of things.

Besides the ease of uploading material, the bells and whistles that make your publication stand out are amazing. the pop-ups, the embedded videos, and all the other additions make a simple manuscript come alive.
Cons
I'm not sure 100% of the rules about using the pop-ups, etc. I need to fully understand that if I upload some pop-ups and later upload a new .pdf with additional pages, does that mess up the previous pop-ups, having to start over adding them back into the updated .pdf?

I used this software to create a flip book brochure for our company, I liked how easy it was to use the, very straight forward to upload our PDF document and add in website links.
Cons
Creating the website links in terms of putting boxes over the links was quite tricky

The best part about this software is the ease of use, it's super simple to set up and navigate with no training required for any members of my team. The UI is very intuitive and self-explanatory, yet offers high quality results. We will be able to offer our clients premium publications at no great difficulty to the company.
Cons
I would like to be able to further categorise the flipbooks so that an entire library can be shared and stored.

The only challenge I experienced was with the integration with my online store but I got help from the customer service team.

Pros
The most useful feature for us is versioning. When we update a brochure, the link to the file remains the same so our customers who have been sent URLs in the past will always be presented with the most up to date materials. At the same time, we can also revert to a previous copy if there are issues with any of the content or products.
Cons
The interface for adding interactive elements is not particularly intuitive.

It basically worked for me to have a digital brochure. Started working with a graphic artist and got frustrated with them as I was doing most of the work anyhow. So Paperturn met my needs.
Pros
The value you receive for the cost. It is one of those items that you set up and forget it. But this is one of those small items/tasks that can have a large impact for your organization.
Cons
Some features are limited and at times to change pictures and verbiage is time consuming.

I like the fact that you cqn use any program to create your PDF and then effortlessly upload that file and have it available for the masses.
Cons
If there is ever an auto-update feature that will let you make edits to the parent document and it automatically upload to the paperturn product, the software would be perfect.

Paperturn provides a quality service for anyone looking to publish their magazines etc online. It's easy to set up and use, with very good customer support.
We have recommended its use to other publications, and look forward to a longstanding working relationship with Paperturn.
The requirement for easy-to-use online publications is likely to expand dramatically in the future and we are pleased to be one of the first of the football 'fanzine' family to join Paperturn.
