Being able to identify targets and know what the potential for business is

Cons

1. Difficult to make comprehensive comparisons - ease of use for comparing ourselves to another agency is not there
2. Data inconsistencies - even our own agency's data isn't very accurate, especially around commercial insurance info

Pros

I am glad there is a mobile app now. I do not carry a computer on sales trips and into offices. It's good to have quick access to information

Cons

people who follow the plan of care. We do not need doctors who have patience with home health coverage by another MD.

Does not offer many useful reports for a branch director of hospice. It also doesn't always give an accurate picture of whether or not we have a patient on SIA. It creates a little extra work for people

Pros

The specific data metrics that apply to our organization have a significantly positive impact in developing and maintaining positive provider relationships as well as conversations around hospice utilization.

Cons

The software took some time to learn how to navigate along with understanding the data metrics and their meaning. However, the help section (articles, tutorials, webinars) as well as the availability of Trella support made the process smoother.

I like how it shows useful data about PPS payers per physician. I also like how it shows you who and how much they follow Home Health and where the destinations are.

Overall I would use it every day if time permitted because it is the best tool I have found to present our case in front of accounts. I actually hate the thought of my competitors having access to this same information to that keeps me trying to be a super user since I choose to believe that other hospices don't use it as well as we do :)

Pros

I love so many features about this program and truly enjoy providing my team with data to help support the growth in their accounts. We have so much success from utilizing Trella.

Cons

The hardest feature is setting up a good "Presentation" It wasn't very user friendly (may be my limited use) but I felt this feature to be clunky at best.

I have used the reports to identify marketing opportunities. I have also used the information for compiling sales presentation reports. The information in these reports was useful to the end-user. I believe that our organization received sales (referrals) due to the quality of the information presented.

Pros

The information contained in the reports is very useful in identifying the users of our services and the service providers (our competitors) they utilize.

Cons

To say that there is too much data to analyze is a difficult criticism. There are is so much information and so many ways to report this information it is almost too comprehensive.

It was difficult to build reports and such in the beginning but slowly it becomes easier, I still do not know my way around all the features.
