You need to spend some time on thorough implementation, as with any CRM. Once we got everything set up, the workflow in the sales department accelerated dramatically. The team saves a few hours a week because some things are done automatically by the CRM system. I, as the owner, can see where we are in sales on any given day of the month.

Pros

This CRM system is made for modern sales departments. New functionalities are constantly being added to the system.

Cons

Any CRM has to be implemented well, it takes a lot of time. Fortunately, at SalesWizard it was not onerous. We completed the implementation quickly.

SalesWizard CRM is a modern CRM used to support various processes in the law firm. It supports us in delegating tasks, reporting case progress, and examining marketing results. We generate documents and contracts to conduct matters entrusted to us more efficiently.

Pros

Lead and case management, sales funnels and case management are intuitive. We quickly find delayed issues, assign tasks and automate activities.

Cons

SalesWizard is a comprehensive CRM solution. Everything works as it should and the system is still developing. I don't see any disadvantages at the moment.

Pros

The Saleswizard system is comprehensive. We not only handle leads, but also conduct further activities, such as automated contact, assigning tasks to employees, organizing the process of bidding, concluding contracts and installing installations. A very interesting option is to automate contact with leads - which allows you to save a lot of time. We all know what quality leads sometimes come to a company. Thanks to SalesWizard, we focus only on these valuable contacts.

Cons

Nothing:) Everything works fine. We are satisfied with the quality of work in the system.

Pros

For us, SalesWizard is not only CRM but the entire sales network settlement system in the MLM model. Our salespeople can order products directly from the system, we receive payment status and online payments in the system thanks to integration with STRIPE. We control the progress and finances of sales.

Cons

Nothing. Very useful tool. Worth to implement in any branch company.

Pros

I highly recommend cooperation with 4bSystems. Contact with technical support and customer service are the aspects that I pay particular attention to when establishing cooperation with contractors. Fast communication, excellent knowledge of customer needs and flexibility in adapting solutions are certainly the features that distinguish Mr. Tomasz and his team. I was looking for a CRM system and decided on the SalesWizard system, which 4bSystems is able to tailor-made and tailor to the customer's needs. I can honestly say that the cooperation is at the highest level and I highly recommend everyone to check out 4bSystems solutions.
