It's software that I highly recommend to all business leaders for project management and team collaboration. Only that there are sometimes some technical problems but that doesn't bother me at all.

Pros

It's a good software that I highly recommend to all professionals and business leaders for project management. It's just the calendar which is a little small on a mobile phone but on a computer it's perfect.

Cons

I sometimes notice some technical difficulties but it doesn't bother me too much.

Pros

I really like the timer function on project tracking, you can start a timer as you begin work, if you need to take a break stop the timer and start again when work is resumed. You can easily keep timings accurate.

Cons

It can be quite overwhelming to start with, there are a lot of functions and not many are sign posted with information on what they are.

In all, our experience with Teamwork was a stressful one. We had requests daily from team members asking us to reevaluate the system and consider using a software with a cleaner and simplified interface.

Pros

I really liked the burn down reporting teamwork offers. This is a feature that is missing from many other PM softwares. I also really like the document management system, as it is very robust and allows for sharing directly with the client, which makes sharing plans and updates much easier that stressfully waiting on a reply to an email or having to convert files due to size.

Cons

The onboarding/team training wasn’t great at all. Team members were using the program differently, making project updating and monitoring a nightmare. The Gantt chart view wasn’t the most efficient. The task view was too complicated, and having to work with it daily became a huge challenge. The interface was too complicated, making information difficult to maintain for proper project management.

We've reviewed just about all the systems on the market and found Teamwork to be the best one for what we need. We love using it and can recommend it for anyone in software or web development to manage their projects.

Pros

Teamwork is easy to use, and has all the features we require available within our plan. The plans are really good (no need to upgrade for every little thing). We love the ability to easily organise, time-track and manage our projects, and the integrated chat app as well.

Cons

it'd be great if there was an option to make the board view the default instead of the list, it can be challenging to make the board view work efficiently

Pros

One of the standout features I truly appreciate about Teamwork is the exceptional task organization and categorization capabilities. It provides a seamless system for creating projects, breaking them down into smaller tasks, and assigning them to team members. Also, the built-in reminders and notifications are amazing as they ensure that important deadlines and tasks are never missed.

Cons

It may require a bit of getting used to, but that can be said for any app. No real cons that I can think of.

Overall, it worked well for my team at my last agency but I don't feel like we used the platform to it's full extent. There were a lot of extra features we could use but weren't using. I would say it worked well for task management and housing projects but the constant glitches got annoying and there were even days where it went down for long periods of time or commenting functions wouldn't work, all necessary for our day to day.

Teamwork.com had a lot of functionality and it was easy to manage tasks in bulk.

It felt like there were always a lot of glitches or outings.

Pros

Teamwork is easy to use, great for large scale projects with the ability to be able to break the project down into subcategories and assign out accordingly. Lots of different views for the project also help, like list, board, calendar etc.

Cons

Teamwork's user interface is getting much better, but there are other platforms that do this better like Asana / Monday. We chose function over design in this instance because it works best for what we need it, but I would love to see some more investment in UI/UX design from Teamwork,

In Teamwork nothing is cast in stone, you can set up and track projects and tasks exactly the way you want. This level of customisation means Teamwork can easily fit into the team's existing workflows.

Cons

The interface can be a little clumsy. Sometimes we get to stare at spinners as the interface loads.

The best PM software for custom projects.

Pros

I have found Teamwork to be the best project management solution for tailored services. I run a Private Investigation firm and after trying many different options, I settled on Teamwork as I can customize it to suit my unique requirements. I also really like that I can add my clients as "Client Users" and have them message me, comment on each individual task completed and keep up to date on the actual project itself. I can set it up so that my clients receive email notifications after I complete each task which is really useful.

Cons

Teamwork does take a little bit to setup and I think I am always going to be tweaking different settings for each individual investigation I complete. I think the project templates could be easier to setup and view, but once done it is easily the most effective and useful PM solution for my particular business.

Pros

Very nice UI and UX experience. We can work on multiple projects at the same time. Storage is more than enough for the projects. There are many feature in it which can help track a lot of things such as progress, track finance and so on. It is also beginner friendly as well.

Cons

It would be great if they add the message functionality so that we could communicate with our team members so that we donot have to use third party chat application. The price plan is not satisfyling.
