As compared to less adaptable and progressive platforms like Oracle's, on which it is less pleasant to operate due to a lack of room for improvement in the application, Microsoft's is a clear winner. Oracle is a fantastic business, but their products are not cheap.
Pros
As an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Dynamics 365 is highly effective. It provides great value by facilitating communication between departments inside the company. It'll log all of your purchases and stock levels. When compared to specialized apps/platforms, it offers superior analysis and security.
Cons
Sometimes, help desk employees need supervision since they lack the background knowledge to answer all of their customers' questions. They require training to improve how they deal with problems.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 helps my organizations manage sales, customer service and operations. I like it for real it is so efficient!! I would highly recommend this to my colleagues Dynamic 365 provides Microsoft tools for managing customer relationships, automating processes, and gaining insights from data. It's a powerful solution for any businesses looking to streamline their operations and improve efficiency.
Pros
It has a comprehensive suite of business applications for sales, customer service, and operations. Scalable to meet the specific needs of any organization that offers cloud-based deployment for an easy access and collaboration. I love it because it works with other Microsoft tools and services.
Cons
Pricing can be complex and may vary based on specific requirements but it is understandable. Implementation and customization may require technical expertise and some features may require additional licensing or add-ons.

Pros
This is a new system to us. We were searching for a more modern ERP/CRM system to our current and found Dynamics 365 which impressed a number of colleagues within the selection process. The system is for full inventory end to end sales and stock processing. The training and delivery of the system is simple. The activity management good which is great for traceability and audit trails.
Cons
To deliver and set up the system you ideally need an internal expert or you will be looking at a consultant to do this at extra cost to the purchase of the system.

Overall not great, but what was most disturbing was discovering that when we made our decision to move to another ATS, we were not given our data in a free back-up file like every other ATS provider does. It was made clear that We Owned the Data, but we had to extract if ourselves. Not having the IT expertise to do so, we needed to contract with Microsoft Partners to get that data for us. The first partner was unsuccessful in getting our data. Ultimately the second partner was successful, but it cost us close to $10,000 to get what should have been provided to us free of charge. We were also required to subscribe for another year to their service so we would have time to have someone get our data, which took close to two months. As a result we were forced to use an ATS system for an additional year beyond what we had hoped. We were also not allowed to escalate our concerns about this process.
Pros
Integration with Microsoft Outlook for email tracking was decent.
Cons
To numerous to describe here in detail, however one particularly frustrating aspect of data collection was that, when entering notes on a candidate in a job pipeline, that data was not visible from the candidates general record. To see this information, you had to know to look in the candidate's file associated with their activity in a job pipeline.

Pros
I chose Dynamics 365 because we are already using Microsoft products and wanted a seamless integration to our CRM. I was drawn to the simplicity of the application and ability to customize within the application from the demo.
Cons
When I started working with a Microsoft partner to customize the application, I quickly became frustrated due to the number of errors and roadblocks that came with the integration and implementation process. I had evaluated our situation very carefully to ensure we had the required technical specifications and would be a good fit for our company; however, I was thrown off by the requirements that we could not face.

I am a seasoned user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with 5 years of experience as student in using the platform. During this time, I have become well-versed in the various tools and features that Dynamics 365 offers, including customer relationship management, financial management, and operations management.
Pros
As a student, I have been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for over 5 years and I must say it has been a great experience. While Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers a comprehensive set of tools for managing various aspects of a business, there are some potential downsides to consider. One of the main concerns for some users is the cost of the platform, which can be expensive depending on the size and complexity of the organization. Additionally, some users may find the platform's customization options to be limited, which can be a drawback for businesses with very specific requirements.Another potential con of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the learning curve involved in getting started with the platform. While the interface is generally user-friendly, it can take some time for new users to become familiar with all of the features and functionality. Finally, some users have reported occasional performance issues with the platform, particularly when dealing with large amounts of data.Overall, while Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a powerful and versatile platform, it's important to carefully consider the potential drawbacks before committing to it.

As a Technical Writer, I would say that overall, my experience with Dynamics 365 has been very positive. The software provides a comprehensive solution for contact management and KPI monitoring, which has helped our organization to better understand our customers, automate our marketing and sales processes, and drive growth.
Pros
When it comes to lead generation in Dynamics 365, these are the most likeable features:1. Comprehensive Contact Management2. Automated Marketing Processes through integration with other systems3. Robust Lead Tracking and Analysis tools4. Customizable Dashboards for real-time insights5. Seamless Integration with Microsoft Technologies for improved collaboration and information sharing. These features make it possible for organizations to manage their customer interactions, automate lead generation processes, track and analyze marketing campaigns, monitor lead generation efforts, and collaborate more effectively, ultimately driving growth and achieving their goals.
Cons
One such area is the user interface, which some users may find to be less intuitive or harder to navigate compared to other solutions. This could result in a longer learning curve for new users or a less efficient experience for those who are used to a different interface.Another area of concern is the level of customization available in Dynamics 365. I have been using Dynamics 365 for a while now and it has been a great experience. I love the fact that I can access my data from anywhere and that the system is so user-friendly. The support team is also very helpful and always available to help with any queries that I may have. Overall, I would highly recommend Dynamics 365 to anyone looking for a great CRM system.
Pros

Cons

It's like Salesforce, except that many third party programs don't integrate with it.
Reviewed on 19/07/2018
Pros
It's fairly easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. It's the CRM we already had and we've built a number of internal integrations with it.
Cons
There are a few really bizarre things about the user interface. 1. The "save" button is at the very bottom, right-hand corner of the screen, where there are literally zero other buttons. It feels like the least intuitive place for something as important as a save button. When I first started using the CRM, it took me almost a week to realize you could actually save something. 2. The sign in process is as clunky as it gets. Every 24 hours, Dynamics signs you out automatically (not a big deal, Salesforce does this too). However, once you are signed out, instead of taking you to a page where you can sign back in, or do anything, it just takes you to a dead page that tells you that you've been signed out and suggests you close all your browser windows to then sign back in. The process is madness, and it hasn't changed. 3. When you are loading the home page, you typically want to search a record, so you start typing something in the search field. Just as the page is about to finish loading, it moves your cursor down to the "What's New" section to post something. The result is that I have a few posts that contain nothing more than partial account names that I was trying to search. The last major hang up is that very few workflow automation tools like Toutapp, Yesware, ect will integrate with Dynamics (mostly because so few of their customers actually use Dynamics). This has prevented us from buying the programs we want to use for our sales team.
