We are using Cloudflare as loadbalancer and CDN provider. The services that Cloudflare providing is very stable and secure.

The live customer support process can be enhanced. When the production system is impaired, we need someone to talk to immediately.

With the connectivity cloud I can have everything connected to everything for easy access to documents or information from anywhere. Its security is the most reliable because it makes everything flow correctly and with a fairly powerful and fast server that does not have slow loading times

In itself, it does everything right and has not failed me at any time since its first day of operation

1. Configuring and manging is effective in cloudflare.
2. Helps to secure and make our private environment with this.
3. It is pay as you go plan with centralized management.

1. False alerts are one of the biggest issues that encounter almost every day.
2. Interface is little complex and clumsy.
3. Little latency in filtering the information and it usually block some useful scripts as well.

cloudflare is super easy to use. some of the features are free so happy that I discover this software.

sometimes there is an error on their service and the pricing are confusing.

I use Cloudflare mainly for its perfect load-balancing features. It allows to serve your application assets in CDN delivery network. You can easily monitor your side using tools build-in in the web interface.

You have to get some skills to configure anything in this tool. Sometimes the DDoS protection need to be optimalized to prevent some errors.

Very robust out of the box options, even with the free plan.

When updates are made to move or deprecate features, it takes some research to figure out alternative methods.

I feel as though it is a great tool for web hosting, i’ve used it for numerous projects. Fairly easy to integrate with other technologies as well.

I feel as though there could be more verbose monitoring tools.

Their free plan is unbelievable good, I didn’t need to pay for anything for almost 2 years and I just paid some features because was extra but all the essential is free

What's not to love about it? It has some of the cheapest and fastest content delivery tools on the planet. It has a free tier if you're just a cheapskate, but the paid tiers are pretty modestly priced among industry competitors. There are basic security filters in place and a few other optimizations for regional support (they have more data centers than most others with less latency). Their DNS/Name services resolve quickly and with fewer disconnects.

Support is kind of a chore, just because they have so many customers. I think it's something they're getting better at though.

I love the website speed improvement using a CDN. A lot of the features are free. That is pretty amazing.

Some of the features are pretty expensive.

I find the simple operation of Clouadflare to be an advantage!
It is very cool how the features work so well together. From the simple DNS to Zero Trust and the VPN tunnels.

I can not really say antything negative on this point at the moment, as nothing has happened yet.

What I liked most about Cloudflare is its robust security features, especially the DDoS protection and SSL/TLS encryption, which significantly enhanced my website's security. The global CDN improved load times, and the intuitive dashboard with detailed analytics made management straightforward.

What I liked least about Cloudflare is the occasional complexity in configuring advanced features. While the basic setup is straightforward, some advanced settings can be confusing and require a steep learning curve. Additionally, customer support response times can sometimes be slow, which can be frustrating when dealing with urgent issues.

compared to our previous vpn setup there are very few technical issues and it is easy to set up.

there are occasional tech issues but this could just be teething problems with our systems

I came across cloudflare around 10 years ago following a significant DDOS attack against our business website. Following the attack out hosting company refused to continue hosting our website and we were forced to move. Our new host was happy to have us and recommended cloudflare as an additional layer of protection and I've been using it every since.

When using their wordpress optimisation features, you never know whether they're conflict with another optimisation plugin.

Nothing major. However there can be complexities in debugging if you’re an administrator.

I’m using cloudflare for 2 years now in using the DNS services to secure my computer and my network in general it’s like using a VPN without using a VPN which helped me to access lots of stuff that wasn’t available in my country of residence. The app has lots of uses for cybersecurity, computer security, network security etc and it’s really good and reliable

It sometimes bugs or freezes but it’s hard to find an app with all these combined features in one place

The CDN delivers as promised. I use the enterprise option as an add on for my small business site. Performance is fast.

I was blown away on initial use of Cloudflare and their free tier offerings, and has led me to consider further purchases of their services. Their DNS proxy service alone is invaluable, and I would be remiss to not use it.

I do wish pricing offered more granularity for smaller organizations, as it can be confusing which products are free until you attempt to set up a service offered.

From the protection of domains, customizable firewall and caching rules, DDoS protection, and the ability of their support teams to implement better and faster solutions, Cloudflare is in my opinion a top tier choice for any company wanting to better protect their online presence.

Some options in Cloudflare are defaulted to a lower standard then what is most secure currently.

Im using the VPN everyday for browsing the internet, it makes my internet browsing run faster and secure at the same time

Sometime the WARP DNS/VPN making some of my game lagging and some of site that can't be visited when the VPN is on

Cloudflare optimizes our website and protects it from bot traffic, I like the analytic interface because it displays detailed figures

the solution initially makes the website load very slowly as it analyzes the browsers which make us to lose traffic from impatient clients
