I like PayPal’s convenience and wide acceptance. It offers secure transactions, quick payments, and seamless integration with many online stores, making it easy to manage finances globally.

PayPal’s fees for certain transactions can be high, especially for international transfers. Additionally, account holds or disputes can be frustrating and take time to resolve.

It’s widely accepted by most every retailer, app, website or private person needing to make a transaction for whatever reason. It’s easy to get started and they don’t charge you for an account.

Sometimes waiting on a transaction to clear can be a pain but this doesn’t happen very often

Four years ago my account was limited and it had some balance which I received via F&F. Luckily, the only thing I like is that last year I created another account which is working fine, although I use Payoneer more than PP.

Limiting account without a notice was one of the downsides which I experienced on PP.

It's the best, quickest and safest payment option.I like ease of getting payments , no hastle of writing bank details for getting payments.

I wish it was available worldwide PayPal is not available in many countries.

PayPal integrates with external accounting tools such as QBO, XERO and SAP CONCUR which makes it easy to carry out invoicing and billing.

Ever since ai started using PP, I have never come across any error.

I like the speed of payment delivery. In my experience, Paypal delivers funds to me faster than my local bank.
Most importantly, I like that I can raise disputes whenever I make payments for a service that is not fulfilled or a product that falls below expectation.

To be fair, I am very satisfied with Paypal. I have used it since my sophomore year and I am yet to have any bad experience.

Makes it easy to pay at checkout, and sending money to loved ones is easy.

Wish there was an integration on apple or wallet. It’s just not as common as Apple Pay so not everyone accepts it.

Easy to use, most people know it all over the world.

High fees when converting on international transactions

I love PayPal been using PayPal for over 20 years now and they hel run my entire business don't know what I would do without them their service makenit easy to receive payments from just about anywhere instantly what's not to love about that plus many other tools and services they have that I don't think they're is enough room to state here.

I would love for PayPal to make it easier for small businesses to get money for help also when sending transactions family to family if they find that transaction was sent in that way to be fraudulent we should be able to get a refund but based on how the system is set up you can't do that right now that's about it.

I love the ease of invoicing but dislike how the layout sits.
They are EXTREME about their safety and security.
Literally accepts any payments.

Their security was great!
The fifty minutes on the phone 2+ times a day didn't help me in the damn least.
Automatic payment taken from my account due to charge back.
Then the inability for them to respond really upsets me.

Most services link to paypal so it’s easy to setup and deploy

I don’t like having to login to use PayPal.

I would say the best qualities when it comes to using PayPal is extremely fast payments, many features available for businesses and personal use, and the pricing.

PayPal is great most of the time, but i do have to say a negative to using them would be getting ahold of customer support quickly when you need assistance.

Its robust security features, speed of transactions and convenience for sending and receiving money, and the ability to make payments without needing a balance.

I would like for PayPal to improve customer service relations and support, as well as reducing the transfer time of PayPal to PayPal accounts to less than a day. I would also like for PayPal to allow its customers to add Bank accounts outside of United States.

In truth, the only thing that bothers me is the slowness of 30% of their functionality or service and the difficulty of adding a bank card to the Paypal account.

What I like is the ease of use that Paypal offers and especially the fact that it offers lots of features that are just as useful as the others

PayPal is a great site that allows me to receive money quickly and safely and provides me with protection when purchasing online. It also has the ability to link the account with the debit card.

My favorite thing about PayPal is how simple it is to use. I am not very computer savvy but I had no trouble at all creating my account and sending money to friends and family.

What I liked least about PayPal was when I tried to add money to my PayPal account from my bank account. Although it was simple to do, I had to wait over a week each time for the money to finally show up in my PayPal account. This seemed like an excessive amount of time to wait.

PayPal is the most widely used payment gateway tool so far. I like that it integrates with bank and credit cards.
Another great aspect is what it allows users to pay even without accounts via buttons and invoices.

My account was once limited for a month but later they reinstated. K have requested for a limit upgrade hope they will increase my receiving limit.

It is over a decade now ever since I started using PayPal. I like that it makes it easy to pay and get paid online across the globe 🌎.

I have never had any issues with PayPal for the 10+ years that I have been using it.

- They take a percentage of your money and the amount can reach hundreds of you transfer thousands.
- Verification can be triggered sometimes randomly if you use a VPN and it can delay the payment processing.

PayPal is easy to use. It is an easy way to request and send payments for both my business and personal financial needs.

It isn't accepted as a form of payment everywhere (physical retailers) although it is accepted by most online retailers.
