Overall, I like the idea of what QuickBooks time is going to be sit down, slow down and take your time with it and I think it could be a really really great app. It’s just not there yet.

It needed more versatility and program dependability, very glitchy

the timesheet management, mobile app, time tracking, and scheduling are great.

The cost and learning curve to use it can be a con in my opinion

This is a simple system if you're managing a small group of staff. It is evident that any volume in excess of 50 staff members should not be managed through QB Times.

With a higher volume of staff, and managing varying disciplines, there's too many limitations on QB time to manage staff effectively. QB Time needs to streamline the filters and groupings because with all breakdowns, that include additional filter breakdowns, it's easy to get caught in the weeds using this software. This opens up opportunity for billing service hours incorrectly. The addition of the random "unresolved" bugs that come up further justifies why we switched from this software.

What I like most about Quickbooks time is that we can easily track time out to a client with the amount of time we were working to a certain client. This makes it easier to see how much time we are spending on a client and makes it easier to bill clients. You can also use a on the clock timer if you wanted to start and stop and have the exact time you were working.

There isn't a true con that I would say I least like, other than when it is a user error and you are off a day and you start or enter your whole day worth of time throughout the day and then you realize you did it for the wrong day. Now, it can be fine but if you're like me it needs to be corrected. I have found a somewhat easy way to move the time that is faster than retyping it but if there was an easier function to change the date.

QuickBooks is very good for tracking your money and keeping tabs on what goes on in the company.

It is a little overpriced after while other than that I really can’t think of anything bad to say about QuickBooks, no bugs nothing that can really bring it down. Even a notch.

Quickbooks is the most easiest program i have ever used. I can see when employees clock in & out, how much vacation time, PTO time, sick days, etc each employee has used or has coming which makes doing payroll even easier. It also helps me to keep track of what jobs employees have finished or not finished & how much time it took them at each job, i can send out customer invoices & keep track of each customer & what they had done with just a few clicks. Its a wonderful, easy to use program.

Theres really nothing that i dislike or have cons about with using Quickbooks, it makes payroll, tracking & everything else run smoothly & gives me time to take care of other things in the office.

I have loved the advanced features of the software. This is more than just a way to clock in and out but a means to track how you are spending your time, manage your tasks/projects, and provide the most accurate depiction of your daily work. This has elevated my professionalism in how I present invoices to my boss and clients. It has increased their trust in me and my work to have a clear breakdown of how I have been best supporting them.

There is nothing that has left me dissatisfied with my experience with the software. It was easy to implement and simple to use.

Integration, management of most business fortfolios in one. Ease of using, friendly interface.

Its superb, i have nothing negative to say the least

It helps us maintain the budget cost for labor for each of our projects.
It makes doing payroll easier as we do not have to manually log our time.
We are able to see which employee is at each jobsite so we can better coordinate.

Sometimes we are not able to connect to the internet at our jobsite locations and it is useless when we are offline.

I enjoy using this app because it automatically links all of my clients as soon as I add one in QBO. I work on specific clients and am able to switch between them. It also remembers my most used projects and keeps them at the top for easier log-ins.

The buttons don't always work, and it can be hard to edit time. Sometimes I have to do the log-in or switching of clients twice, and editing time doesn't always work right away.

Quickbooks Time is simple, and easy to use. The ease of access is the greatest strength of this platform. You can add jobs in seconds, and make them able to be used. The reporting side of the platform is second to none. You are able to find everything in a few clicks.

The pricing coupled with their other software can be a little high compared to others.

The mobile version does not sync well with the desktop version and I have had issues where I logged in time on the mobile device and it never got uploaded to the official system.

I was part of QB time before it was QB time! It was T-sheets! And now actually it is called WorkForce. I started using it bc a crew member saw how frustrated I was trying to manually enter time... isn't there an app for that? Yes! And I have used it ever since! That was 7-8 years ago!

Can't think of any! They even kept the classic Tsheets version of the app in the online version which I love bc of the visual set up! I color coat all of my clients etc. They are so very helpful!

QuickBooks Time is an excellent addition to your Business's administrative side SAAS suite. This is the perfect choice for timekeeping and payroll for most small and growing businesses. It is a HUGE Pro if you already use parts of the QuickBooks' suite of financial services for businesses.

Can be tough to learn... but their customer service is top-tier tier and they will set up most of your account for you/with you while on a customer support call!
