About C-Desk

C-Desk is a cloud-based help desk software that provides businesses with tools to manage service requests and facilitate communication across teams. Administrators can create multiple service categories, assign them to specific employees or departments, and receive notifications about overriding service-level agreements (SLAs).

Using C-Desk, organizations can grant access permissions to specific agents, create electronic logbooks for shift details, and retrieve users’ profiles from the database. It allows managers to generate support tickets for customer issues and verify the identity of end-users through Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Active Directory integration. Users can also create tasks, assign them to multiple staff members, and generate performance reports related to employees or projects.

Administrators can use C-Desk to view upcoming events on a calendar, create photo albums, and upload files to file transfer protocol (FTP) servers for backup. Businesses can add study materials, organization forms, policy manuals, and more to the knowledge base, enabling agents to quickly access relevant information to help resolve clients’ queries. It allows managers to streamline the entire asset management lifecycle, from location and warranty tracking to repair and vendor management.

A wonderful free tool for your organization

This app not only worksfor your IT deparment is also very useful for HR, Administration and Accounting, because you can manage users and permissions, so you can know who is related to which process, you can manage specific profile of your employees, manage the departments together or separated, make calendars, create searching modules and so on, you can do a lot of things with C-Desk.


For some employees it is very difficult to get used to this software, because they do not have any experience with it, but with a little practice, they are allow to work easily and to get the best of it.

One Of the best Service Desk or Helpdesk Product I Have every Seen

Many bundled features along with Helpdesk which can be used by every department in an organization, Like Asset Management, Events and Photo Gallery, Calenders, Knowledge Base, Projects and Tasks, Surveys and Forms, Cash Voucher Management System, Chat Etc.. Never seen a product like this, at lowest possible cost

Nothing is good. It needs a windows server and that is a big limitation in itself.


Bad interface, poor concept, unfriendly installation, buggy portal.

helpdesk software is so comprehensive and can work well across multiple departments especially at my workplace where there a several faculties. Meeting schedules becomes easy to manage and there are no clashes as these can be cancelled and rescheduled prior to meeting times.


It is a completely free software and therefore does not add to the costs to the organisation but rather brings in flexibility in terms of meetings scheduling, makes life easy for the secretariat


so far i havent seen the real things i can say i dont like on c desk as most of the task that i want done are in most cases accomplished with very little challenges if any

A knowledge base management tool for your organization

This module of C-Desk is awesome because you can edit your website in HTML mode modifying the data that you publish and the topics, you can also linked elements between topics and subtopics, and create many elements deeply connected.


The tool is great but is very basis if you want to improve this particular topic of your business is better to use another application focus of HTML language.
