> **Cons**: It is impossible to edit anything, if the data is standard then it works fine, but every time you need to change something it is impossible to do it by yourself and support is just useless. Have contacted them at least 10 times and they either answer that it can not be done or try to give solutions that have not work in the past. Can't even provide basic instructions on how to do stuff.

> **Pros**: Baremetrics is a great idea and wonderfully designed graphs, easy navigation.

> **Cons**: We never got to a point where the product worked consistently and showed correct data, despite us providing detailed reports to the Baremetrics team and trying to help them. Finally, they accidentally deleted almost all data in our account, when we reported it to them they called it "Interesting" and instead of fixing it they said they had other priorities that were more important for them, leaving us with a service that was fully unusable.

We were disallowed from cancelling our account (still waiting), and they've made it so that you need to schedule a phone call for that to happen, while also not making it possible for you to remove your credit card authorization. I can't see how that can be legal.
