Jotform is a GREAT step up from Google Forms at an affordable price and a great intermediate between Google and Typeform. If you need a signature or to connect with Stripe, Jotform is a great choice!
Pros
Jotform allows advanced automation and branching, signature, and purchases. We've been able to set up advanced forms that even allow for custom invoicing. Jotform has incredible customer support. They respond with screenshots and videos publically so that others can also gleam from your questions!
Cons
Compared to Typeform, Jotform is harder to create branches and you do not have as much control of the design. You cannot create as advanced of automations.

Pros
Jotform makes it simple for our school to send documents for families to sign. This is especially helpful for working families or parents who may live out of town who cant make it to our physical location.
Cons
There was a slight learning curve when trying to use the software the first time.

Very annoyed, since I am not doing anything wrong, I have read their terms of agreement, and I am following the rules. I clarified what they thought was wrong accepted my issue and went on to ignore it once again.
Pros
Found it functional. It’s easy to create logic paths.
Cons
I keep getting suspended for not good reason and customer service has not been helpful. I got suspended so I contacted the support team, I received a message saying that they could see that there was no ill-intend, but remained suspended. I then went on for 2-days trying to fix this, finally got an answer from someone saying it would be unsuspended and I asked what I could do for it to not happened again. I followed her advice to the letter and haven't gone into the account in five days. Today I find that it is suspended again. Not only that, but I can't seem to respond to customer service messages because the only form of communication is through a 'thread' to which they as you to log in. Which I am not allowed since my account is suspended. In the first time I was being able to do this, but not sure what is happening now. Please use another software.

It's a platform that's really useful for our needs: a form that only gets filled out occasionally and payments are connected to our online payment processor directly. It makes things really streamlined and easy.
Pros
Jotform has a good free option that allows you to fully test out the functionality of the app without committing financially. We use it for something that is only booked once or twice a month, so it suits us really well. I also really appreciate that it directly links to Square, so our payments are seamless. The email notifications it sends to customers are really useful too, one less thing I have to do!
Cons
I can't relaly think of anything. I guess some of the backend is a bit jargon-y so it's not straightforward to fix something sometimes, but that's a minor gripe as I usually figure it out.
