Feature rich, easy to use application that combines Sales Management & Marketing Automation.

We were looking for a solution that allows us to work out of a single system for both, marketing automation and sales management. We wanted to make sure that we don't have to piece that combination together using plugins and add-ons but wanted a natively integrated solution. We tried many CRM's and ultimately ended up with agile CRM and have been happy users since. As your confidence in the tool grows, you will be surprised how much it can handle and how configurable it is without becoming a too complex. The support staff has also been world class. Our requirements have always been tended to promptly. Last but not least, it is incredibly well priced, easily 50%-75% cheaper than other, comparable vendors.
Pros
- integrates sales management and marketing automation natively
- easy to use
- feature rich with a lot of add-ons
- very well priced
- great support team
Cons
- Small wish that I have: we have users that would be support users only, while others are sales users only. Would be nice if we could separate license fees on a role basis. But then the overall price we have to pay is still very low so that it really isn't a big issue for us.

Great system for tracking and following up with clients through the sales, marketing and implementation phases of the customer relationship.
Pros
Agile has a very expansive set of features that I could not find on other similarly priced products. It is reasonably priced for solopreneurs and offers a grown-up set of features for even small companies. The system is very configurable and offers user-defined fields for contact, company, and deal records - most other CRM solutions don't.
Cons
It looks like it needs a facelift - the UI could be improved as it doesn't look like there has been an update in many years. I would like to see a view that combines the information from contact, company, and deal records on one screen.

Overall a very bad experience. I can't find an option in the UI to cancel the subscription — there's a pause option but not a cancellation one. The support is unprofessional and rude.
Pros
The automation/workflow builder seemed to work
Cons
I was drawn to AgileCRM while searching for a cloud-hosted CRM that could help me build a basic drip email automation sequence.
What I found was that AgileCRM is a buggy CRM that is not suitable for business users.
Countless have pointed this out, but let me add my voice: unbranded emails are not standard and require paying an extra fee. This means that unless you pay extra (yes, to the paid plan), every email you sent through the CRM will have "Send with Agile", or something similar, in the footer. This reeks of extortion and this hidden cost instantly turned me off continuing with my evaluation.
In addition, the India-based support team is incompetent. Everything is "no problem, I understand your concern" and nothing actually gets resolved. I wasn't able to add several professional SMTP servers and the team didn't even seem capable of understanding why that was happening (hint: your SMTP editor should accept usernames even when they are not formatted as email addresses).
My advice to any business user: stay well clear.
Response from Agile CRM
Hi Daniel, thanks for your feedback and appreciate your response. One of our Support managers has already contacted you. Agile CRM is an all-in-one software that is used by sales, marketing, & support teams that might not require sending bulk emails. After the first free 5000 emails, to get more benefits like unbranded emails, we request our customers to purchase additional packs that offer tracking features.
We have standard SMTP functionalities to support and accommodate all users. At this point, we're afraid we do not offer customized configuration. However, we have already raised this request internally and our engineering team is working on it. You can contact our Support team for more info.
At Agile, we believe in transparent billings, while canceling your Agile CRM subscription, we provide a period of 2 months to confirm your cancellation and preserve data. This is also helpful for users if they want to temporarily pause their accounts and billing too. However, you can get in

We had difficulty automating our marketing efforts, tracking our sales pipeline, and managing our interactions with customers prior to using this software. However, all of these issues have been resolved by Agile CRM, and as a result, we have reaped a number of significant advantages.First, our interactions with customers are now much more streamlined and organized. We are able to easily keep track of all of our interactions with customers, including emails, phone calls, and notes, thanks to the contact management system. We have been able to strengthen our relationships with our clients as a result of this, which has made it much simpler for us to provide personalized, responsive customer service.Second, it is now much easier to manage our sales pipeline. We have been able to keep up with our sales goals and accurately forecast our revenue thanks to the deal tracking feature, which makes it simple for us to see where each deal is in the sales process. We have also been able to identify areas in which we need to enhance our sales procedures in order to maintain our growth and success.Last but not least, our marketing efforts are now much more successful. We can create targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring systems with the help of marketing automation tools that assist us in nurturing leads and converting them into customers. We have been able to generate more leads and revenue as a result of this, which has helped us save a lot of time and effort.
Pros
This software was indeed quite adaptable! I mean, it's like a gymnast on steroids: dynamic, flexible, and always ready for anything. The contact management system in Agile CRM impressed me the most. All of my contact information, including communication history and notes, can be stored and organized in a single location. The best part is that I can divide up my contacts into groups based on things like their interests, behavior, and demographics. It allows me to connect with my clients on a deeper level, like having a superpower.Agile CRM's deal tracking feature was another thing I adored. I feel like I have a personal sales assistant who helps me stay on track and organized. With a single click, I can forecast revenue, track deal progress, and manage my sales pipeline. The best part is that the mobile app lets me access all of this information from any location. The marketing automation tools were yet another feature that proved to be extremely helpful to me. It's like having an enhanced marketing team. I can nurture leads and turn them into customers by creating email campaigns, landing pages, web forms, and lead scoring systems. What's more, best of all, the framework is sufficiently shrewd to send the right message to the ideal client with impeccable timing. In general, I should say that utilizing Lithe CRM was a smooth encounter. It's like driving a sports car with perfect handling. It is adaptable, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond.
Cons
I think there are a few things that could be improved.First of all, I found that the interface can sometimes be a little overwhelming. There are a ton of choices and highlights to explore, which can make it a piece mistaking for new clients. Although there are a lot of helpful tutorials and guides included in the software, it would be nice if the interface were a little bit more streamlined to make it easier to use.Furthermore, while the product is loaded with highlights, some of them feel a piece burdensome and not quite so cleaned as others. For instance, in comparison to some of the other features, the help desk system seems a little basic, and I sometimes found it a little hard to use.Lastly, despite the software's low cost in comparison to other CRM solutions, I found the pricing model a little perplexing. There are a number of service tiers to choose from, each with its own set of features, and it can be hard to figure out which one is best for your needs.Generally, while there are a couple of things that I might want to see improved, I actually believe that Agile CRM is an extraordinary answer for organizations searching for an adaptable, strong CRM framework. It's definitely something to think about because of its extensive feature set and easy-to-use user interface
