Automated emails are sent to a user when they create a plan, are added to a plan, are assigned a task, any of their assigned tasks are marked ‘Completed’, or another user comments on one of their tasks. All plans have their own charts view, which shows the statuses of all tasks (completed, in progress, not started, and late), as well as a breakdown by each team member. Multiple user-defined color-coded labels can be added to each task, allowing users to flag common requirements, features, dependencies, locations, or time constraints shared by tasks.
