Freshsales enables enterprises to define custom rules to automate leads assignment and create and handle marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience. Administrators can categorize contacts’ data using custom criteria, assign leads to teams based on skills or tasks, and update holidays to automatically transfer calls. It also offers other features such as customizable email templates, activity timelines, a built-in phone dialer, product catalog management, and more.
Freshsales lets teams establish custom workflows to automate recurring tasks using event-based triggers and run chat campaigns to interact with the customers. It also supports integration with various third-party applications like QuickBooks, PandaDoc, DocuSign, Xero, and more.

Created marketing campaigns to predict sales, created scenarios to see the different results, created templates from scratch with the team to see what else we can do for more.
Pros
The design and the usage of salesforce automation feature makes Freshsales the best as it has the simplest but most effective features that enables you to create, customize, modify, and monitor sales activities. Creating several marketing campaigns in a short time is also another best feature of Freshsales, the team can work on them and generate reports to high management and even it can give you a prediction of a campaign over a time line. Integration with other products on another hand is also very usable as we used it with other software which worked fine.
Cons
The version updates could be a headache for larger companies, migration could take a few months, customer support after sales should be much faster.

The lack of interest in sorting out some basic features which are essential to our company:1. The rating of leads by using a percentile calculation which is not relevant and the inability to delete previous incorrect ratings.2. Various small issues with functionality

Reasons for Choosing Freshsales
We switched from Monday.com for ethical reasons. We did not want to use a product that was from a company operating out of an immoral apartheid state such as Israel. As an organisation we boycott all Israeli products and services and support the United Nations in condeming the illegal occupation of Palestine and oppression of the Palestinian people. I like a lot, becausa you can implement, deploy and use the software in few days. The interface its very confortable and its too easy to use. All the types of users can use it.
