The videos make it easy to get the knowledge we need on our schedule, and in most cases, we just follow the steps outlined in the video and we can accomplish whatever task we need done. The pricing was within our budget and it looked like we'd be able to make the platform work for us. I think this is our 3rd year with TS (maybe 4th?) and it was the right choice for us. > > **Cons**: Hard to think of anything we don't like ... the platform really does everything we need it to do\! > > The customer support with TeamSideline has been phenomenal\! No matter when I submit a request for help (usually in the evenings or on weekends when I have time to work on league stuff) I'll usually hear back from someone in a short amount of time. That's even when I include a note that says, 'hey, I know it's a holiday, I don't expect an answer until Monday,' and I'll still get a response back\! Someone is obviously watching the store at all times. And their answers are always prompt, professional and friendly, and they've always got a link to the step-by-step answer, plus they'll spell out the steps to accomplish whatever task I've asked about.
