> **Pros**: Great dialer to use if you want a powerful tool to help increase business production and efficiency. There are very few bugs in the system, and it works smoothly. There is AI support, and you can escalate issues, and they will respond via email. Readymode has a lot of value for the money and is very easy to access. It is also easy to collaborate in a team environment.

> **Cons**: There's not much that I dislike about the platform. DID's arent expensive and its overall a good platform to make calls.

> **Pros**: I like the fact that calls can be made seamlessly, and every body can hear each other clearly without glitches. It has an amazing dialer feature, calls could be made either by putting in the costumer's profile ID or just dialing their phone numbers manually from the dial pad.

> **Cons**: Sometimes calls come in without showing the costumers information and it's often frustrating. And the fact that calls come on line 2 when I'm on a call with someone else, I do not like either

It is very easy to use and also efficient, I will easily recommend Readymode to anyone. Readymode also gives value for money, every call made is recorded, thereby making the whole process transparent and convenient for both costumers and agents. Readymode also features a wonderful call center community that allows for agents to attend to costumers' without any hassles. And also there is a script that guides agents on how to make their calling experience worth every dial.
