> **Pros**: It is customizable to meet your workflow and communicates with our existing ERP system (Fishbowl).

> **Cons**: Highly recommend the software so my cons are not a showstopper.  Wish they have a customer service contact on a US time zone.

> We have received great customer service while implementing Sales In.  Very impressed with the care and quick service we have received even though we are on different time zones.  The software is user friendly and the articles available online have been very informative.  The implementation process has been seamless since the software communicates with Fishbowl (our current ERP system).
