> **Pros**: It's not often that you find software that's loved by programmers, CSRs and sales reps.  Our partnership with PageDNA since 2017 has allowed us to grow our ECOMM business, providing our clients with an exceptional marketing resource tool.

> **Cons**: Compared to other platforms, the Dashboard is underwhelming for our clients. Give us more graphics and data points.
Our company is also a marketing agency, so clients want a platform that will combine things like direct mail with integrated marketing. After seeing how PageDNA has integrated promo products software, we're hopeful that they'll come up with a solution for offering marketing services.

Also, they give you access to your data so you can expand their already impressive service offerings with our in-house capabilities.

> **Pros**: Besides the tremendous flexibility of the software, I most prefer their support.  They get back to you ASAP, with answers, and often suggestions, and even are willing to help you resolve, rather than your traditional troubleshooting lingo (ie: Did you plug it in?).

> **Cons**: Hmmm, not much I can think of, I guess the fact their reports utilize Crystal Reports, and never been a fan of CR

> Easy and successful.  I will say this isn't easy to use interface like a shopify, not that you can't figure it out, just meaning this gives you so much option and choice, you really can go delirious reviewing all the options.....and that's before you code it lol.
