The cost to value with EmailOctopus has been incredible. Reaching out when you need help is easy, and the response is fast. I am glad we made the switch and would recommend more small companies to give them a try.
Pros
EmailOctopus has a robust template system that makes it easy for anyone to create marketing emails that look nice. The branding template is smooth enough to upload your brand colors, and the tagging, segmenting, and contact field sections allow for customizing demographics for specific emails. EmailOctopus is user-friendly and a wonderful tool at a wonderful price.
Cons
I would like to see more flexibility in custom reporting, especially when comparing campaigns. In addition, email automation is not intuitive and needs more work.

Great email option for small businesses

I like the way you can layout your emails with the drag and drop features.
Cons
Limited fonts and layout options. Also, the limited drip feature.

Pros
Used email octopus for more than two year. It is a cost effective email marketing tool which allows basic functionality of contact management along with email marketing setup.
Cons
Not much of the customization is possible in email octopus when it comes to email templates.

Pros
Excellent and personal responsiveness by the support team. Elegant interface and easy to use. The team has their eye on the details and stays up to date with data privacy matters, which takes the stress out of my email communications.
Cons
Payment options are limited to credit cards, but that was easily accounted for, and when I changed payment options it was seamless.
