NinjaCat is an all-in-one reporting, call tracking and call monitoring solution for tracking pay-per-click campaigns, SEO, AdWords, and more for digital marketing agencies. The platform provides tools for PPC reporting, budget monitoring, call tracking, campaign monitoring, SEO reporting, and more. Integrations with third party applications including call tracking solutions, CRMs, social media platforms, and SEO tools mean users can automate their entire workflow with NinjaCat.

With NinjaCat, digital marketing agencies can generate reports for clients by tracking their calls, monitoring their budgets, and managing their campaigns. Reports on metrics such as click performance, top ads, campaign performance, search trends, demographic data, and more can be automated and presented to clients in white label PDF or dashboard format. SEO progress can be presented to clients through SEO reports created using one of the in-built templates including analytics summaries, topic performance, account performance, or AdWords ad performance. Budget monitoring is facilitated through a centralized budget dashboard which clearly displays all client’s budgets in one place, with color-coding and indicators for those close to overspending or on-target.

NinjaCat provides a call tracking tool in order to help agencies prove to clients that their marketing efforts are generating more phone leads. Calls can be tracked and recorded to generate reports on call sources, as well as which campaigns or keywords drove the most leads. Clients can also use the call tracking tool to measure the quality of calls, and access data on metrics such as source, duration, caller id, geographic location, and more. NinjaCat integrates with call tracking providers including CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, and Marchex, and through integrations with Google Analytics and AdWords calls can be automatically logged in all systems.

    Easy to Set Up, Easy to Use, Fully Customizable. Upon submitting to a client we have no doubt that the layout ' depth of information provided can stand up in a Fortune 500 Boardroom Marketing Meeting. This product is top of it's class. Simply put, Ninja Cat is outstanding.

    Pros

    perfect solution for agency reporting. we're able to place, what i would refer to as, Fortune 500 Boardroom Reports in the hands of our clients on a weekly/monthly basis (or as often as needed) The system is fully customizable. We consider our Ninja Cat account as a critical element for Client engagement.
    One more point, Ninja Cat support team is OUTSTANDING!

    Pros

    I think that the best thing about Ninjacat is how easy it is to use. It is simple and as long as it is setup correctly, the reports look great. They are also looking for ways to improve their functionality. Overall a very user-friendly experience.

    Cons

    I think that the biggest disadvantage is the filtering options. If you are working with a bunch of accounts and need to sort them out, there is currently not many ways to do this. The biggest problem is the loading times. It loads very slowly if there is a bunch of data.

    We had a few reports working automated from it that sent to our clients, but they were not better than the reports we were manually making ourselves.

    Pros

    I felt like it had a lot of power behind it, to pull in data from different APIs and present it in a customizable way. Support was very responsive and helpful.

    Cons

    But the interface was a bit clunky, setting up new reports took a long time, it couldn't pull in data from all the sources we needed.

    Pros

    Easy to pull in data from Facebook, Google Analytics, YouTube, and all the other media products we work with. Setup for new clients was easy as well.

    Cons

    Navigating through the dashboard was difficult at times and fairly slow to load in comparison to other products I have tried.

    Pros

    Template-based reports that we can quickly roll out for new clients. Going forward we're excited about the new user interface, more flexible template designer, templated dashboards, and additional data sources.

    Cons

    The report templating has been a bit difficult to manage and graphing choices have been limited but the new template designer looks like it's going to be great. Likewise the user management had some things I didn't like about it but those have been largely addressed.
