> **Pros**: I’ve been working with this product for nearly 2 years and find the customisable nature very attractive. I’m breaking into using the dynamics nav extensions and this is opening up the whole application I would strongly agree with anyone interested in this product to get on board with extensions love it.

> **Cons**: This is a little more difficult to answer. If I was being overly critical there are annoying differences between the full client and the web client which over time will get resolved I’m sure.

> Great company great staff. Sounds a little to good I know but the team they have do the utmost to help the front line service desk are professional the 2nd level support are approachable and knowledgeable which isn’t often the case with some companies. I get quick results and helpful guidance.

> **Pros**: Visibility across the business, ease of reporting and time saved for all users. Versatility of the product combined with Jet Reporting has been a game changer for Argyle.

> **Cons**: When you get an update we need to give a lot permissions again to all my employees , Repots by posting date , i cant have a report by document date . Bank recs No life feeds \! And so on...

> 4ps have a lot to improve , is a mixed emotions , i cant say i love this software , but is a lot of money for us to change again \& go with some one else.So we are stuck  \& hoping that you do more updates so we can say that this software is good.

> **Cons**: Updates - after each one we spend approx 3 days working through new permissions required. Sometimes, existing customisation gets wiped. No live connection to the bank. Not all functionality from standard BC is implemented in 4PS construct (eg pro-forma invoices).
> 
> Tricky to implement, steep learning curve - once in place works quite well. Very good customer service back up.

> Largely positive, the business needs are catered for and the interaction with other MS products means its very versatile. Support from 4PS is excellent and solutions either for problems or improvements/developments are always postitive.
