Requested three more and had the same problem. Requested a fourth and all came through at once, so finally managed to reset password and login. Now the site we need to upload a SWMS for is not listed in the dropdown in the top right corner so we cannot do anything. Meanwhile we have to book in a material delivery and it's 4pm on Friday and we still can't get anywhere\!
