> **Pros**: EVERYTHING in Thermo Scientific LIMS has a systematic format. It's easy to use and easy to understand, especially for new users. Due to the fact that Thermo Scientific LIMS utilizes WCF, it is possible to integrate the "Sample Management" aspect of the program into other applications (which we do). Thermo Scientific LIMS is FULL of solutions for laboratory management, especially because it has workflow management customized to our laboratory's needs and wants, we are able to track samples generated, received, processing, processed, and samples that need to be retested. It also generates reports and those reports are sent off to the appropriate people/patients.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, Thermo Scientific LIMS still uses VGL coding which is NOT open-source. Also, Thermo Scientific LIMS has a rather boring appearance to it. Various skins are provided to users, however, Thermo Scientific could invest a little money towards product design to make it even MORE user-friendly and interactive.

> **Cons**: No siempre  funciona como debería, a veces es difícil accesar a las diferentes secciones. Ademas es bien limitado a la informacion de las muestras.
