> **Cons**: The program is extremely buggy and breaks constantly.  Reaching out to support takes weeks before any resolution is found.  You get the run around for weeks with "our developers are looking into it."   We are experiencing an issue in production where 20 percent of all of our products fail to print.  We're losing revenue and it's been over two weeks since we brought up the issue with them and their developers are "still looking into it."
