Viral Loops is a cloud-based referral marketing platform that allows marketers to hype launches and acquire new customers by turning existing customers into motivated brand ambassadors. The template-based solution lets companies run simple campaigns across Shopify, Manychat, Facebook Messenger, and more. Viral Loops is ideal for entrepreneurs who want to find new customers for their products or services, businesses launching something new that want to find early adopters, SaaS businesses looking for new users, agencies who want to try new marketing strategies for their clients easily or content creators who want to grow their mailing list.
Viral Loops can be used to run pre-launch campaigns to get early adopters and feedback, create ambassador campaigns for brand amplification and customer acquisition, build a new sales channel and bring referred sales to online stores, grow email lists with a milestone campaign, or even run giveaways and referral campaigns on Facebook Messenger to grow audiences. The included templates are inspired by successful companies' marketing campaigns, and are designed to be implemented quickly with no technical knowledge required. Users can track the activity of their campaigns including total participants, expiration periods, channel performance, and participant engagement. Participant details can be exported for use in lead management or nurturing tools.

Pros
Personally, the strong point of the service is the assistance. Thanos always responded to me promptly and followed up on all the points I needed, resolving them. Very professional
Cons
There is room for improvement and some bugs. But for a tool that offers such a service I think it's normal. The way I have been followed, they will certainly be resolved

Pros
Viral Loops have a potential to be a great referral app
Cons
Customer Service: Their response times are really slow. It took me 6 weeks just to set up the program. I eventually switched to a different one that was much easier to use and had far better customer service.
When I finally did speak to someone, they promised to help with a few things, but after 3 weeks, only half of it was done.
Their Shopify app doesn’t function well at all.

Flexibility of different options to choose from.
Cons
I can't think of something. Maybe it could be even easier to use? Maybe they could add AI tools to help you write the copy for your campaigns? These are things that can make it even better, but it's already good!
