> **Pros**: Expo Pass made the registration and check-in process incredibly smooth and efficient—especially for a large event like ours with over 1,500 attendees. The ability to quickly print badges on-site significantly sped up check-in and helped us avoid long lines. This was a huge win for both our staff and attendees.

> **Cons**: The biggest issue we had was with the badge printers. Sometimes they printed blank badges, showed paper errors even when loaded, or printed multiple badges at once. It caused a few delays during check-in, but we were able to work around it. Hopefully, the equipment gets more reliable because the platform itself is great.

> **Pros**: The customer service from ExpoPass was very responsive. Several issue arose during the planning. Their help was invaluable and made the planning phase much smoother. 

Their mobile app was easy to use and very useful for attendees.

> **Cons**: The upload of data for the mobile app was cumbersome if you need to apply daily changes. There is no MFA for user login.

> We contracted with ExpoPass for our annual Bouchercon convention sponsored by the Mystery Writers of America. They handled our registration needs and hosted a mobile app. The mobile app allowed our attendees an up-to-the-minute schedule. It gave them the ability to search for their favorite authors and plan each day during the convention.

The customer service from ExpoPass was very responsive. Several issue arose during the planning. Their help was invaluable and made the planning phase much smoother. 

The ability to export the registration data was a useful feature and helped implement validation rules for panel programming.
