I was not happy with the results when posting my video to YouTube from the desktop app, so I asked for a refund. This was 2 days after my purchase. I explained my issues, but they refused to refund my money. Here's the response from the agent, [sensitive content hidden]:
"We guess maybe there is some misunderstanding, the 7-day trial is only for Filmora Creative Assets, it does not include the Filmora subscription. So when you selected to buy, you were charged for Filmora itself immediately. Hope this clarifies your confusion. -

The UI was okay. I was able to import a video from my phone and edit it.
Cons
The video quality when uploaded to Youtube was terrible. I got better results just posting directly to Youtube from my iPhone. My biggest complaint is the company itself. They will not issue refunds for this product even within the 7-day trial period. See the support agent's comments below.
