About GMass
GMass is a Google Chrome extension, which helps businesses run mass email campaigns from Gmail, manage responses, create recipient lists, and more. Managers can add an unsubscribe link to their marketing emails, receive notifications for unsubscribed users, and customize follow-up emails using custom content, time, and other variables based on various behavioral segments.
Organizations can preview email campaigns to eliminate errors, attach images to follow-up emails, and use Gmail's search functionality to create recipient lists. The software automatically organizes customers' replies using labels and lets administrators manage email bounce lists. Supervisors can also gain visibility into sent, opened, clicked, replied, unsubscribed, bounced, and rejected email metrics through reports and import them in CSV format according to requirements.
GMass facilitates integration with Google Sheets, which helps businesses transfer data and automatically compose new emails using the imported information about recipients' names, email addresses, and company.

Pros
I love the simplicity of the GMass tool. I integrate with my database of members to be able to share regular communication at the click of a button.
Cons
Nothing. It's a simple product that packs a punch.

Awesome Email Campaign TooL!

Pros
The ease of use and personalization. We use it on a daily basis and can send numerous campaign emails.
Cons
Not finding it sooner. There was tools we used before but this has all the bells and whistles we need.

Terrible Customer Service

Pros
The program works ok. I realized that I'm basically double paying for mass email and GMass felt like it clogged my inbox. It works for plain text emails, however I didn't really find much other benefit personally. And, I regret spending the money on it. Other people have found it really useful and leaving high reviews. I'm just feeling I could have done without it.
Cons
The customer service is awful and the website is a little bit of a run around to find your help/support answers. There is no chat function on the site nor a way to contact them. I didn't realize my subscription was still going until I got a card ping today. I immediately canceled the account and went to find customer service to ask them to stop payment since. In order to get a refund, I had to search the site. Then, you can only connect with customer service if you have GMass attached to your emails. I'd already pulled the chrome extension off my computer. Without the GMass extention, you cannot get a hold of customer service. To me, this is dishonoring to the customers that pay money monthly to use a product. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend GMass.

I like that it integrates with GMail, which my company already uses for almost everything. And it saves me so much time personalizing emails!
