PCC is very user friendly and for many users can be taught with minimal instruction time. It is web-based so there is no program that has to be downloaded. There is a great support system of users through their Pulse network, which allows you to ask questions and get ideas from people that are using it day in and day out like yourself. > > **Cons**: There are several things. One is the way you set up their user roles. It is confusing and there is nothing straight forward about it. While I'm on the clinical side I know that our business office had a bunch of issues in the beginning and clinical would be told to do something one way and the business the exact opposite. We had issues with that for a while, but they have resolved over the last couple of years.
