I tried signing in and it showed i have no active subscription. I contacted the customer support via email and their only response was ' you didn't cancel your subscription 24 hours in advance'. What? In the email they also provided a link to rate the experience with customer support but that link was invalid. i also looked up a contact phone number ( which is by the way nowhere to be found on their website). It was the headquarters' number.
