> **Pros**: I found Hyperproof overall easy to utilize especially as a non IT professional. I was supporting the IT team based on HR specifics and they were able to easily tag me in tasks I needed to work on and documentation they needed.

> **Cons**: I don't have a ton of cons. I did find the learning curve to be a tiny bit steep and sometimes it seemed more complex than I needed but I figure that is because my role is small in the overall project. This was not a major issue.

> **Pros**: Upside of using Hyperproof is an all in one tool to track your Risks, Issues, Controls for various Compliance programs and regulatory requirements.  It has been helpful to have everything and everyone in one tool.  Security settings allow you to set up external auditors and control owners differently from the access the compliance team has.  This tool has been great for managing all the various audits that I manage as well as managing company risks via the risk module.  New AI features and other items are making Hyperproof top pick in the market.  Also, Hyperproof has great control automation features to help make evidence collection more streamlined and less manual.

> **Cons**: One challenge I’ve encountered is the limited functionality in Dashboards and Analytics,  this would be very helpful to have an executive reporting view in the tool that i can pull out for board presentations. However, I’m confident that Hyperproof will address this areas for their clients in the near future.

> **Pros**: I like how all of the documentation that I need for my engagements is in one centralized location. I also like that you can update the status and communicated with the client via Hyperproof.

> **Cons**: I feel that there are still a lot of technical bugs and issues that need to be worked out. The status permissions for some of my engagements were not set correctly and I wish that we could change the status from something else after we approve it. As it stands now once you approve you can't go back.

It still has room for improvement but they continuously add integration features and I'm looking forward to having all integrations/automations that I need become available.
