> **Pros**: This is a product that can link directly to the Accounting software for inventory management all the way through invoicing .

> **Cons**: There are specialized reports that I used on an old software that are currently not available on this product.  I can say that upgrades and new capabilities are being added as requested by customers.   This is a product that I will continue to use as the system is being expanded to add new services monthly.

> This software is solving invoicing issues that other software does not have.  This software has capabilities that our customers can view their inventory with pictures on line that other Windows type software from other companies currently can not provide

> **Pros**: The setup of this system is extremely easy as with some simple imports, you can have your warehouse locations, customers, inventory, etc. uploaded and the system ready to roll in a matter of a few clicks.

This system is much easier to use than other options available on the market right now both for administrators and end-users. The ability to have multiple warehouses in the system makes it extremely easy to see capacity available against all of our locations.

> **Cons**: I cannot think of any cons regarding MSWarehouse.

> Our invoicing for our commercial accounts has been extremely simplified. We no longer have to maintain a manual system for invoicing each of our commercial storage projects. In turn, this has improved invoicing turnaround and freed up significant time for our billing department.

> **Pros**: Ease of use, great reports but most of all the simplified billing. Every transaction is captured and billed. What takes others days to do, takes me only a few hours.

> **Cons**: Nothing difficult at all, a few more reporting features would be nice. Would like to see the actual number/weight on an invoice even if it creates a minimum charge, the actual number (not just 1) would be preferred. I'm sure this is a simple fix for the next edit though.

> **Pros**: I like the fact that it can track everything. It will help the Accounting Department with billing ensuring that nothing is missed. I also like that you can upload all of the paperwork that is associated with the customer/job right into the system for everyone to see.

> **Cons**: You can't use a barcoding system with this. The

> We are still learning how to use the system correctly. I feel that once we get use to using MSWHSE it will get a lot easier to use.
