> **Cons**: Subcontractors who have endless contacts listed in the GCPay Directory. Oftentimes we don't know who is going to be doing the billings for a specific project to get them added. It seems like we could add them on a company basis and then let the subcontractor sort out who is owning a specific project.

> Absolutely wonderful and quick Customer Service. I would go as far as to say GCPay has the best Customer Service I have experienced in both my personal and professional life. Every company should provide Customer Service like GCPay.

> **Pros**: The approval workflow works well, being able to have approvals in a step by step order.

I also appreciate the emails with the quick status updates when someone approves an invoice.

> **Cons**: Two pieces, the initial setup of a GC Pay account and project always seems to be an issue.

Also, sometimes in the real world the value of a schedule of value changes, such as moving money from one pot to another. GC pay doesn't let me accurately reflect that, so I have to constantly keep track of the money moves separately.

> Its fine, I am not sure it is any better or more efficient then just using excel. Like most things it has its upsides and downsides. The navigation is a little too clunky, and hard to find, but its also not a horrible UI.

> **Pros**: I really like billing in GCPay because it is easy to use. Its very easy to brown through all our projects and choose the one we are looking for and then create our monthly billing.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it is a little hard to access the lien waivers tab and upload the waivers. I have found that it is easier to do it after you submit your billing .
> 
> Overall a pretty good experience with this pay app. I have used others but overall GCPay is my go to.

> **Pros**: The amount of time saved on subcontract billing documents is tremendous. We speculated we would save a few days a month worth of work, but it was substantially better. The reduction of errors on waivers made a huge impact.

> **Cons**: The only compliant I really have about GCPAY is sometimes the reports are not exactly the way I want them. If they added a custom report manager so you can make your own reports from the data, it would be amazing.
> 
> Overall, I am very happy with GCPAY performance and streamlining. The biggest compliment I could give GCPAY is if I went to another GC that didn't have it, I would immediately try and get it there.
