Great Software for Commercial Real Estate

I enjoy using it now that it is set up and it is essential to my daily tasks.

Pros

It is very easy to use. And has a great mobile app.

Cons

It was hard to set up initially. The data got lost in translation when I sent my records to doorloop so I had to re-enter everything.

Yardi Breeze

DO NOT PURCHASE THE ANNUAL PACKAGE. This is not good for commercial property management. The reconciliation is horrible. You account balance will be off from your bank balance. The whole process to create a bill and pay it and then have to go to another tab to send it and sometimes it wont even add to the bill as a payment just an expense on the vendor and create even bigger problems. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other options that have been around longer. They will not refund you if you are not happy with the service.

Pros

As a developer, I appreciate the intuitive UI and the excellent support network. Their response time is incredible and helpful every time.

Cons

I like everything about the service. However, from a developer's perspective, I think the onboarding process needs to become more automated. We were considered a "larger" company, so they hand-held us through the onboarding process but I can only imagine how much of a nightmare that will become once dozens of larger companies are coming and going every week.

My overall experience using DoorLoop for the past year has been good.

Pros

The program is fairly easy to setup, and the accounting features are good.

Cons

It is difficult to talk with Customer Service on the phone. They prefer you message them and the process is very ineffective.
