If we come by a problem or glitch, we let the support know and they work their best to correct it or show us where we were looking at it wrong. > > We started with one of the older versions about 25 years ago. we did at one time try a competitor before our upgrade to Vision. we dumped the new software 6 months into implementation as it was going to take another 18 months to implement it and would take a dedicated person for that time.
