Our employees who use it in the field typically have no issues with it. The program is set up in a manner which makes it easy to reopen or reassign tickets if they were left incomplete. The program also has an easy view for our managers to review all open tickets for a sort of QA role. The system integrates well with our CAD system. This function and some others can be less user friendly. Employees may require special training from ESO to learn to use some of these features.
